Thank you so much for your kind words. Please refrain from discussing methods to much, this is not that sort of channel. (You've been all good, but I'm just saying.) No parts of the performance about the gun was cut out though.
@@GycklarenArkadia You are very, very wrong. Each cut, although not related to the trick, significantly reduces the performance of the magician, who becomes "untrustworthy" in the eyes of the audience and receives the label "video-cheater". We know of many cases in "Fool Us", where, for example, an important part of handling cards, etc., was cut out to make it look "unsolvable" and the magician then wrongly reaped praise from TV viewers. In this case, the cut was made twice. One of them was in the verbal section just before Alyson uttered "Red Bandit." The show "Fool Us" is directly about finding methods for both the protagonists of the show and the audience at home. Television manipulations are also revealed. It's No Naive Got Talent! Every good magician will be pleased if people guess and discuss the wrong method. Every magician will be pleased if the incorrect estimation of the method was not in the shadow of television fraudulent adjustments. I know what "smart people's technology" is needed for this particular trick. Therefore, I only evaluate the presentation, which was great, and at the same time I criticize your inappropriate remark about what people should refrain from in their comments. This channel is about that.
@alphadawn2015 lennon You are wrong. The format of the show is focused on the performance of the magician - the protagonists guess the principle and the behind-the-scenes judge finds the relevance. I deal with this philosophy, not the primitive trick "medallion" itself. Because I know the principles and methods of the vast majority of tricks, I can assess the interventions of television technology that reduce the magician's performance. I repeat, this show is not Talent, nor the street magic of Sarantakos. Of course, even this show is about fun, but some magicians continue to profit from the magic of the television camera by stupid commentaries. This does not apply to appearances from the video, nor to a specific magician, but in general !!!

Magic at its best: Clever routine, great story, wonderful presentation, likable character, humour included, ... Perfect! There is just one thing that I don't get: The Posters of Pen and Teller didn't have a bounty... But he said, that there is a bounty needed for the red bandit. Why couldn't he have bounties for Pen and Teller prepared on the poster? Which part of the trick made this impossible? This was the only really suspicious part for me...
Thanks for your kind and encouraging words! I can't really answer your question, but you're on to something here. Keep thinking about it, but please refrain from writing your conclusions here.

@@GycklarenArkadia okay well please dont think its just MY point of view. any hunter, gun owner, or anyone with 5 minutes of firearms training knows not to do this. it even says in firearms training to treat any gun like its loaded, even TOYS. im sure everything was 100% safe, but if you wanna piss off a large portion of an audience, and make your spectators nervous continue on pointing firearms at them lol.

At 4:27 you can see it was already engraved before she pulled the trigger… it would to have been engraved when it came from the box… there may be multiple engraved plates in the box… and a force to narrow down choices
How much research went into finding the right headpieces for Penn and Teller to get your subjects to say Red Bandit? A very clever way of putting the idea in her head without speaking it because it fits perfectly with the presentation.

Helow sir i like you trick.. i m from Timor Leste 🇹🇱
Thanks! So glad you took the time to tell me. 👍🧙♂️
"I feel framed"😂😂😂 That was great
Thanks! I'm glad ske were framed... 🙃🙏
Great trick, really enjoyed the story and presentation. Not fooling them because they had been following your work must be a great honor. I also wanted to compliment you on how you tied your tie! Thanks for sharing this performance.
Thanks man! Appreciate your comment. The tie is called an "eldritch tie" - one of my favourites.
This man is so funny. I loved his performance.
Thanks man! Appreciate you taking the time to tell me. 🙏
awesome presentation
Thncak you so much!
Great performance.
Cool story.
Very entertaining.
Thank you so much! Glad you liked the story aspect.
0:55 i think this is the coolest outfit i've ever sern
Glad you like it. My clothes are a bit like coriander. Either you like it, or hate it.
I like how you made the trick about the participants and not about yourself. It feels really enjoyable.
Tank you, appreciate it!
That's amazingly amazing 😊.
Thanks for taking time creating such an amazing trick.
Keep it up
Waiting for more 😇👌
Thank you so much! We have had so much fun creating the methods, but also the storyline. Glad you liked it.
@@GycklarenArkadia
I've just re watched it . And in fact re enjoyedit again.
Can't wait to see more tricks from you guys..
Amazing. Oh man. It's amazing
Stay safe and healthy, and share more 🤓
You didn't fool us because we're fans of your work x3
I still enjoy that comment from Penn. 🧙♂️👍
That man's tie knot is killer.
Thanks man! It is quite easy to tie. ua-cam.com/video/PEDvzfaNX4k/v-deo.html
@@GycklarenArkadiaWhat a homie! Thanks.
This was a fantastic effect😊😊👍👍
Thank you so much. Glad to hear you liked it.
I love Alyson
She was great.
I actually thought he was wearing Allison's pant.
I did a serious try...
You forgot the s in the word pants
I enjpyed the trick and the performance. It seems easy to guess what was done, but not when. I wish they had not cut out a portion of the performance as it leaves me wondering what parts we missed.
@@DL-kc8fc To quote the best movie ever: "That's just like your opinion man."
-The Dude, The Big Lebowski
Alyson is hilarious 😂 "Aw, man!"
Agree, she's lovely!
Me too
This has to be one of my favorites on this show. Amazing
So glad you liked it, and took the time to tell me. Thanks!
Clever trick. Well done
Thanks! It is also a really fun trick to perform.
This is the best not fooled episode I have seen. Well done!
Thanks! Glad to hear that!
Almost every episode of every season is a non-foolers episode
"You did not fool us, because we are your students for this trick" :)
Great one!
Thanks! Yeah, that comment made us very happy. Best would have been to fool them of course. But this is almost as good.
what a spectacular performance! i genuinely couldn't care less if you fooled them or not - it was just great to watch such an entertaining act! though for what it's worth, you did, absolutely, fool me.
Thanks! So glad you liked my performance, that is worth a lot. ✨
Looks like there was a wardrobe mix up backstage... In all the rush to get onstage they mixed and matched each other's suits 🤪
Ahahaha it totally does 😂🙈😅
Considering the confusion just minutes before I went on could have made that possible. Now it was just really fun as it turned out.
Brilliant performance!
Thank you! Appreciate you saying it. 🙏
Brothers, I've been on a binge of these and this is so far my favourite. Sorry you didn't get to be part of the vegas show (is that the real prize?) but this was just so well done, and your comedy and comebacks on point. Well done both.
Sorry for not replying earlier. This one must have slipped me. Anyway, thank you so much! I am so glad you liked it. Extra thanks for the "thinking on my feet" - bit. 🙏
Magic at its best:
Clever routine, great story, wonderful presentation, likable character, humour included, ... Perfect!
There is just one thing that I don't get:
The Posters of Pen and Teller didn't have a bounty...
Great improvement on this trick! I think you might have stumped them if they hadn't recently researched you.
That was our thought too. Either we Fool them, or they've researched our stuff. Either case: a win.
_'... either case we win...'_
🖒indeed🤗👍
Wow you researched them and they (unknowingly) researched you! That was such a good storytelling and trick! I thoroughly enjoyed it!!
@@hannaf8747 Thanks!
@@GycklarenArkadia definitely that acting might be a bigger compliment than the trophy. The fact that they took the time to research you. That means you're making waves to the right set of eyes
You can't get any better flattery then them saying we know how you did it because we were going to steal it.
Thanks! They didn't steal it though. There are honour amoungst liars, sort of. 🤪
any gun owner will watch this with extreme anxiety. dude loaded or not dont point a weapon at someone. even if its a toy.
I see where you're coming from. We have different opinions here, and I have to ask, have you ever been to a real theater watching a play?
@@GycklarenArkadia a play is an entire different scenario. everyone knows that its just props being used and its known to be part of the play... therefore not a shock and also anticipated.
this guy just pulled out a very real looking firearm, cocked it back, and aimed it directly at her. dude, i dont even aim an unloaded airsoft gun at someone. anyone with even BASIC firearms knowledge knows this. he could have easily choreographed it so that he never had to point the gun at anyone.
@@finallight1061 The guy in question is me. I don't agree with you, but I do appreciate you telling me your point of view.
@@finallight1061 Yep, that's what I'm aiming for.
Regardless of fooling P&T or not. The routine was so damn enjoyable. Really well done.
Thanks! Glad you liked it! It is du. To perform as well.
Hello 👋
that was a very well performed and prepared act. I do hope you get all the success you deserve. It was entertaining to watch and entertaining to think how did you do it and that's why I think you did great. Cheers man.
Thanks! I am so glad you liked it!
Hi, you have a nice hair... your magic was wonderful and very entertaining! I love it! Have a great day!
Thanks for all the compliments! Made my day! 👌❤️
That's so great. I absolutely don't understand, how you did it. I re-watched it and I was sure, that you were scratching in the name in during the performance but no way. That was mindblowing. :D
Thanks man! I'm so glad you liked it.
so...i think i figured it out, but i'm not sure...penn said that he used some kind of verbal trick and i think he tried to suggest the name to her in a subconcious way - he wore red pants and had red hair, penn was wearing a red hat and teller was wearing a bandit hat so i think she was kinda forced into thinking about that exact name
At 4:27 you can see it was already engraved before she pulled the trigger… it would to have been engraved when it came from the box… there may be multiple engraved plates in the box… and a force to narrow down choices
@@GeorgeAdamsIV sentence number one is correct. Sentences 2 and 3.... Nope
How much research went into finding the right headpieces for Penn and Teller to get your subjects to say Red Bandit? A very clever way of putting the idea in her head without speaking it because it fits perfectly with the presentation.
I believe from what Pen said the name was not forced
penn literally said that's the usual way it's done but the act on stage and his brother invented a way that DOES NOT require the word-mind trickery
@@LinusKnightXY verbal. Verbal line trickery. Very important difference.
Nice act, and great trick! Super!
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it.
Love the hair! I'm bald on top, so shaving my hair for many years now. This may be a nice way of change. How long does your hair have to grow before you can put those in?
Thanks! Depends on your growth I suppose. But well , give it two years maybe. Not sure it's worth it though. 😆🤔
Alyson
Terrific exibition
Only one question still disturbes my mind...
How???
Thanks! For me, the question is often "why". 🙄😂
Love your guys performance!! And where did you get your wardrobe Arkadia?! I love it and would be so happy to have a similar attire for my shows!
So did anyone else notice the really bad edit cut when he was writing down the reward. He started with all 3 posters in hand and then as he finished writing he only had 1 the other 2 were on the table stand.
Just checking.
It was a good trick and I enjoyed it. Just bad editing on the fool us crew
@@thecodster1106 I am not responsible for the editing. The CW have to make the show keep the time slots as well as presenting magic in such a way that it is still fun to watch. Magic live and magic on TV, big differens.
@@GycklarenArkadia yes I know it's different. And it wasn't meant to criticize you but CW. I enjoyed the trick and the story with it. I just happened to notice. Keep doing what you do I know I can't. 👍
I love ❤️ your look (no homo) and your story (I have had major surgeries too). This was so fun to watch. I watched it yesterday but I find myself wanting to relive the fun today! Thanks for sharing your art and magic with us. Very awesome. 👌👍
So glad you took the time to tell me. Thanks!
That was a great trick, but man I love your tie! Is that any specific type? Or is that just a different knot?
Thanks! It's a regular tie, the knot is called an Eldredge Knot and it works best with slim ties. Google it, its not so hard to do.
@@GycklarenArkadia thanks a lot for the reply. I've never seen that before. Only recently started wearing ties again(and bow ties. Tough to tie at first but not too bad) and always just did a double Windsor (single windows is for lazy people haha) so that's cool to see other knots.
@@RivetHead999 Yeah, dubbel is the way to go, the other one looks kind of half a**ed I think. I love ties and have used them since I was a weird kid. 🎗️
