"i testi in italiano di questo film sono così imbarazzantemente ridicoli" QUESTO. È. R. FANTASIA. FILM! 0:40 "Fugge via. Oh no, oh no." *sostituisce "oh no" con "Mamma Mia".* Eccoci. Suona meglio.
Me being the only one not bothered by the lyrics being like this. Sure the first part could have been done better, but it's still great, and same goes for other songs. It's hard adapting the lyrics of a song, especially because of the meaning and things Jack says as he sings. "The lyrics of this movie are ridiculous" all of them? Sounds a bit much. But oh well, everyone has their opinions.
How ridiculous are the Italian lyrics exactly? I'm curious. Jack's Lament still puzzles me - like, why have him repeat the same chorus in it for example? Renato Zero has a great voice but the quality of the lyrics doesn't seem to compare.
Oh, to put it shortly: it's a big mass of more or less themed sentences picked out of a hat in random order and strung up together with a bunch of monosyllabic words like "we", "then", "no" and such to fill in the gaps (this latter is particularly true in Making Christmas, which takes the trophy for the worst adapted song in the worst adapted movie)
The song has been perfectly translated into italian! what more could you ask for? The voice? I always thought it was a question of culture and pronunciation, there are famous american shows that are beautiful for us italians but we don't like the voices so we see the Italian adaptation (but admit that there are exceptions). Evidently the Italian version of Jack speaks and sings like this, and we Italians like it precisely because this adaptation is for us, not for you english people... I'm sorry how the Italian dubbing is always underestimated, and to think that if we see old videos from years ago regarding the songs of this film adapted into Italian everyone compliments the dubbing.
@@FlamSparks Don't worry, my aim was just to express my opinion in a calm and civil way but I was too nervous and I made a mistake. I apologize again, have a nice day.
I need to know what the lyricist for this dub was on to make such horrible lyrics, especially the “Oh, no”. Like come on, you could’ve had any BETTER ideas than that when it comes to translating that part of the song
@@FlamSparks true XD Lyrics aside, I think Renato did an okay job on Jack’s character. He isn’t horrible, but there are way better voices for Jack that I can think of

@@FlamSparks concordo
Lyrics aren’t the best but damn can this man sing I’ll give him that
Yep, being an actual singer helped Renato Zero in this regard

Many other versions of the movie did it better, though

I prefer the French lyrics but I enjoyed this version as well.

@@FlamSparks Good lord. Yeah the translations I've seen are just "I feel sad, I don't like this, I dunno what I want". Huge shame tbh.
Mean time tim burton himself saying is the BEST version in the world, search it,bye

I prefer the French adaptation when it comes to lyrics.

Copy-paste that last sentence for the entire movie

Avrebbe letteralmente potuto sostituire "oh no" con "Mamma Mia".
Now, that’s quite an improvement from all those other failed attempts.
