The one achievement I will never get is getting an A rank run in Code Veronica. There is no freakin way I could play that beginning to end with only 1 save without going insane lol
While annoying, I'm sure you can do it with a little bit of planning. Since you get one save, that means you should break up the game into two sections. And then research speedruns. That being said, getting the time to set aside several hours (generally more than 2 hours) can be tough for alot of people. At least Dead Space 2 Hardcore gives you 3 saves and can be beaten casually in 6 hours.
So fun fact about mad pelicans, there is 33 coins but you need 34 to get everything, which the last coin is obtained from the demo setting all 5 souls to rest. Also mad pelicans is the hardest base game trophy, but Ethan never dies is even harder imo
For Resident Evil 1 HD Remake I would change the hardest one from the one you have to complete the game on the Invisible Enemy Mode to the one that you have to complete the game on using only the knife. I managed to beat the game on the Invisible Enemy Mode on the first try as you can choose difficulty and it makes it easier. As for the one that you need to beat the game using only the knife I failed even on the easier difficulty.
I got a platinum trophy on RE Remake, and I agree, Invisible enemies was a cake walk, having beaten the game so many times prior. The hardest part of the platinum for me was killing the crimson zombie boss knife only.
Looking at a trophy list this would be the toughest initially but yeah the knife run is tougher because you have to fight the toughest guy in the game with a knife. The elder crimson.
I mean you can do knife only on Very Easy too. I'd recommend Chris, since he's got more health and his knife does a lot more damage. Good luck with Plant 42 though, that was the most annoying part for me, even after getting Rebecca to weaken it.
@satirical mixed kid Yeah, it's been a while since I did my knife run so it's hard to recall how tricky it all was. I just remember Plant 42 being particularly annoying since you had to wait for its tendrils to hang down at just the right spot, only to be shooed away by acid and tentacle swatting before any real damage could be done. Very tedious experience.
How do you fail in the very easy? The game gives you like 5 herbs per enemy in that difficulty, I Honestly had no problem with knife only Chris except VS Plant 42 since I really ubderestimated the damage from the plant and only had two healing items
Jesus. Calling legendary cowboy the hardest achievement is an understatement. That achievement is soooooooooo mindnumbingly hard. It took me days to finally get an S rank on the 3rd to last and 2nd to last stages. For some reason the last stage is the easiest stage to get an s rank on. Idk why. But god, seeing that platinum trophy after obtaining legendary cowboy made me feel oh so good. I ended up having to beat re8 like 6 or 7 times to get the platinum. Beat the game under 3-4 hours several times made it quicker though

My dad beat RE4 on Pro. and he had so many saves. He would always be yelling at it and he still managed to power through. He was so happy because he’d never gotten it on PS2, Wii, or Xbox. But on switch he changed it
The chimera in the boiler room underground lab during invisible mode wrecked my entire playthrough multiple times as I aimed to get the trophy with no saves. Plus the nod the developers give you for platinuming remake is all worth the challenge.
4:37 Let me tell you this. Use your points for the dodging guide book in the extras menu shop (where you can purchase the fun weapons). Trust me, the final boss on inferno for the S rank without it, gives you more anxiety then in the whole game.
Collector from Darkside is not only the hardest of all but the longest one taking up to 80 hours of replaying the game over and over and getting S ranks. Dealing with a shaky camera to boot and it’s an agonizing nightmare.
It is hard but it can be done fairly easy if your used to rail gun games or if your planing to make your life easy use the sharpshooter move controller.
im gonna be honest, getting all the bottlecaps was harder than professional in RE4. I always skipped the range every playthrough and beated NG Pro 3 times. So actually sitting down and forcing myself to do that was harder to do. But I ended up enjoying the range much more than kid me 10 years ago, and didn't realise I got money from a row of bottlecaps filled. Something I always get now for any NG Pro playthroughs.
The Run The Gauntlet achievement/trophy requires you to beat the DLC Desperate Escape on the hardest difficulty, Professional. The biggest problem in to get the trophy is that in the very end of the DLC you need to survive a horde of enemies while waiting a helicopter. It is the hardest in game achievement. Edit: Forgot to mention that Desperate Escape is a Resident Evil 5 DLC.
Thanks for the comment, Gustavo. I haven't yet played/completed the Resident evil 5 DLC but I'm definitely gonna prepare for what you just described. Sounds like hell! :D
@@RichFakh If you want to test your patience and sanity, this is the achievement that will make very tired. Remember that to unlock Professional difficulty on Desperate Escape you first have to beat it on Veteran just like the main game and Lost In Nightmares.
@@Kambyday complete the game under a certain amount of steps which isn't to bad since I played it a lot so knowing everything like item spawns or puzzles made walking around less likely

That happens on Madhouse difficulty. In that difficulty the cutscene where Jack follows Ethan into the bathroom is removed and his battle damaged model is replaced with the one you just noticed.
The hardest achievement for me personally was earning the unlimited magnum and/or rocket launcher on the original Resident Evil. IIRC, you must finish the game in under three hours, without saving, dying, or using a health spray. This was also done pre-internet walkthroughs and no guidebooks were available either. I cannot tell you how many times it took me to finish this achievement, but I was so proud when I finally did it. Resident Evil Directors Cut made it SO much easier later on.
5:07 Six, it's six years after the Raccoon City Incident, not 16. RE4 takes place in 2004, six years after the first six main games, which all took place in the latter half of 1998.
Infinite SMG, Rocket Launcher, and a Sniper for my player character (I used Chris, since Sheva's QTE in the final fight is a pain in the butt) and giving Sheva the Infinite Magnum, I got the Platinum in PS4 and all achievements on Xbox 360, by myself. It is doable, but you need to keep your head on the swivel as you go through each level, and know what the blast zone for the Rocket Launcher is to do it alone. Also, stay near your partner... you have a frighteningly short time between going into dying, and actually dying.
Thank you so much for this very lovely comment. Feedback like this means the world to me, keeps me going and working on new vids! :D You're extremely appreciated! ♥
Nice list, can you do a follow up list for other RE games? I meant games like Revelations series, Resistance, Code: Veronica X and Operation Raccoon City please?
Thank you so much for the feedback and the suggestion! Currently I'm working on a gigantic video, but once that's done, I'll happily do a video on the other RE-games 😀
Great video man, I really enjoyed it. I wish code veronica was included too 😁 but it was very interesting to see the different kinds of trpphies in the franchise
Thank you my friend! I did indeed make a new video where code Veronica and the rest of the resident evil games are included as well, so feel free to check that out :D
minimalist in RE2 is fairly simple, especially if you play in easy. I did both the minimalist + no herb uses achievement in a single run. RE 2's toughest achievement is finishing the 5-star alternative scenario... the one with the cop in the gas station.
I think that for Resident Evil 6 Sneaking Around isn´t hard achievement at all if you are going for it, also you can just load chapter and do it in like 30min. I would say that going for professional is harder because the game is so long. In fact I got achievement sneaking around on my first playtrough of RE6 by just playing the game didn´t even know that there is achieve for it. But I get it everyone has different opinions, video is great and I love how you managed to get so many interesting facts into one video :) Keep up good work
Hey Friend, Thank you so much for leaving such a lovely comment. You're absolutely right and I screwed up big time by naming this video "the hardest achievement..." When it should be "the rarest achievement.." since I did indeed rank them by rarity. If you enjoyed the comment anyway I would love if you took a sec to check out the newer resident evil vid that I just dropped and let me know your thoughts. Currently playing res 6 now going for the platnuim, from what I've read you don't have to play the whole game in professional mode just the last checkpoint for each chapter
I've beaten Invisible Enemies mode, when only playing the RE1 Remake for the first time within the last 2 years... Never played either of the new RE7 or RE8 titles and Zero is probably next on my list
tgis makes me proud to have the platinum splatinem trophy from re1 and the re7 platinum.for village all im missing is 3 of the mercenaries and i still havent found the courage to play re0 at hard difficulty to unlock that platinum but they will be done eventually if i want to succeed at platinuming all of the mainline games
Well we're in this together then, don't give up. Ive platinumed RE1, RE2, RE7, RE8, and 100% RE4. Still got a long way to go but atleast I know I'm not alone on this journey
@@tg.tyrant2302_ its a hard journey but we will be proud once we get to the end of it also the games are so fun its worth it ive done re1,2,3 and 7 i know 5 and 6 will more or less be a cake walk the real scary ones i have left is zero and code veronica. for village im starting to get the hang of mercenaries its just a question of doing it after im done replaying it on ps5 as for re4 i might have to do it before the remake comes out.good luck on the challenges ahead we will make it eventually
for RE:Zero i pick *Kill ALL enemies in leech hunter* Reason why is that there are zombies that only spawn somewere IF you killed enough zombies and u be running low on ammo/health at that point! Makes it even worse that if u die at that point its....... Back to the main menu!
False. RE4 absolutely has an infinite ammo option for all the most powerful weapons (Chicago Typewriter, Rocket Launcher, Handcannon, etc) and can be used for the main game.
But when u play in professional mode since it's a new playtrough not a new game + u start with nothing so basically no money or a chance to get infinite weapons :(
@@scalypredator892 @ScalyPredator 89 No. You don't even need to beat the game on professional, for example: "mercenaries" will allow you to unlock an unlimited ammo weapon. And most other Resident Evil games require you to beat the game and/or unlock unlimited ammo as well, RE4 is no different than that... ...no RE game gives you infinite ammo from the beginning without either beating the game and getting the achievement that unlocks it. Either earn it like any other RE game or cheat. Either way, unlimited ammo IS available in RE4.
Hey friend! I actually only put numbered resident evil games in this video. Currently working on a list for all the assassin's Creed games but I will eventually make a video with every other non-numbered entry in the resident evil series.
Objectively: It’s earning an A Ranking in Code Veronica with Chris. You have to be absolutely perfect, zero room for error. Even then it’s almost impossible! It beats all of these. I have all the platinum trophies for every RE game except CV. Fun fact: They actually modified the Battle game for the new ported version because it WAS impossible to beat them without it. That’s how bad it was and it still kinda is. Also, a lot of these other ones are wrong as well…
Objectively you're wrong. I get that that's your personal opinion and I completely get your point, but the stats say otherwise. You can see them in the second portion of the video. Also consider that this video only talks about the mainline entries in the resident evil series (Resident evil 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) the other parts will be covered in a future video.
Hey Friend! You're completely right about stats not being a completely reliable source since popularity is a huge factor in all of this. Sadly, these publicly available stats are still the most accurate tool we have to compare the individual games to each other to this day. Regarding the DLC: I've decided to completely exclude DLC for the reason of keeping things simpler. Yes, Resident evil 2 Remake had Free DLC, but games like RE5, RE6 and RE7 all had multiple DLC-packages which released at different times and could only be accessed by purchasing them. If we'd include all the achievements that came with those, it'd be even less accurate. You're 100 % right about your point with the mainline entries and code veronica deserving an entry in this list, I messed up there and will definitely solve this problem differently if it comes up again. Thanks for taking your time to leave this comment.
Just need re0 then ill have re1,re2Remake,re3Remake,re4,re5,re6,re7 and re8 platinum and yes ik re4 doesnt have a plat cant wait for the remake to get it officially
Well re3 wasn't shorter then the others. If you speed run them. You can finish every re game in about the same time. So I don't see how they say it's shorter
I've gotten Heart of Steels years ago on two occasions. One on the Wii, so no achievement, and another on PC. Didn't even want the achievement, I just wanted the PRL cause it's a fun weapon, but the Island levels? So many restarts...
I played almost all resident evil games to date and 100% most of them, I can assure you that, if you played the game before, and know a bit of what you're doing, the achievements are not necessarily hard, just very time consuming and kind of tedious. Now I'm on my way to 100% Re1 and 0, I love Re1 but Re0 surely knows how to get on my bad side. I love this franchise, but I would never 100% the online-oriented games XD
I feel the same especially re operation raccoon city, one where you have to kill not 1 not 2 but Fo4r online players is insane I was fuming when i killed 3 and then got killed by a random ubcs player
Doesn't the achievement of crafting every recipe require you to SS all of the mercenary stages so you can craft ammo for that one pistol? Thus making it just a little bit harder than just getting an S on all of them. Honestly, I didn't even get some of these, working on RE3 now, as far as completion goes, I just got RE4 and RE8 100%'d.
I think the Revelations games have harder achievements, Revelations 1 requires you to go through the raid mode and Ghost Ship without the equipment is a nightmare. Revelations 2's medal achievement is also difficult to get since it requires you to complete "mini objectives" through the chapter.
Resident Evil 3 Remake. Inferno Mode.. End Boss. It took me over 1 1/2 hours to best Nemmy. It was awful. 1 destroyed Controller, a noice complaint from 2 neighbors, 1 smashed coffee mug and the worst headache ever.
For some reason, a lotta zoomers struggle with the basic spatial reasoning necessary to play the older RE titles. Probably doesn't help that they insist on not using the original tank controls the game was actually designed around, which ironically just makes the game even harder to control.
I remember playing re2 remake, played 4 times, Leon Clare a and b. Then I thought let's tackle achievements. Minimalist was the first one I chose because sounded like fun. Only one try to do it. I assume because location of items was fresh in my head. But that can't be hardest achievement. Right?
For REHD I saved Knife Only and Invisible Enemies for last thinking they would be tough. They were actually easy as could be. The one I had the most trouble with with Every Nook and Cranny. And even that wasn’t really hard. It was just tedious.
Re1 Remake was super fun. I went for the platinum during the first October of Quarantine. Play your first playtrough blind. And after that you will be hooked on this game! In my experience, doing the “No save” trophy was the hardest. Because you have to win the entire game in 1 sitting and since this game has no auto save and a few insta-kills this becomes a bit of a stressful experience. Thankfully all of the trophies took me 1 attempt, never did I die, even on the “Survival” max difficulty. In short, Re7 and 8 do require some skill when aiming, blocking, inventory management and other. Remake 1 was mostly a “routing game”, once you knew your stuff you were set. This isn’t a bad thing, dare I say true mastery of RE games is knowing how to move and how many items you can use and how many mistakes you are allowed to do.
I wish this was true lmfao. I had my ex-girlfriend try it when I went to see her in Florida and she couldn't play more than an hour before the camera angles hurt her eyes and the game bored her lmfao, she just wanted to go back to playing her Zelda twilight princess on wii or something lmao
I played blind. Then went for the RPG speedrun like 2 month later, and I beat it with 43 seconds to spare. Made all the other trophies easy. Except for Invisible mode and Survivor obviously😂
Even after several dozens of playthroughs of RE4, I still struggled on Professional. I will say, it did give me that same “rush” I felt when I played it for the first time; getting my ass handed to me and scraping by by the skin of my teeth. Haven’t used that laser cannon weapon yet; was pretty burnt out when I finished it so my Cleared Professional save file has been sitting there for a few years now 😅
Thank you so much! I'm happy you enjoyed it. There's also videos out on the rarest achievement in the Bioshock, Assassin's Creed and Metro - series. So if you like any of those I'd love to hear your opinion about them as well :D
It's so easy to get I did it without even realising. I just played the game normal and never ended up touching the item box. Definitely not the hardest achievement in the game.
RE0 was the hardest for me because of the Leech Hunter mode. It was a nightmare to find my way around the map, plan and execute my runs until I got it. And by "nightmare" I mean it literally. I had actual nightmares because of it. Even RE8's Mercenaries was less demanding.
Are u kidding me,You can easly do RE4 on pro, just complete Mercenaries first, and all Ada's storylines, unlock Handcannon,Armor for Ashley, sell all weapons and just keep sniper rifle,voila-easy peasy
I very much disagree with the choice for Resident Evil 7. Finding all the antique coins was a cakewalk compared to beating Survival+ in the 21 DLC. It was needed for 100% completion on the Steam release of the game, so I'm counting it. The AI had a strong tendency to make ideal draws, meaning the game was (fittingly) rigged against you and you needed to make very smart use your trump cards to stand a chance. It takes about an hour for one run and if you lose you need to do it all over again. Thank God the in-game challenge of beating Survival+ without getting shocked once does not count as an achievement, otherwise I'd never get it.
In regards to RE4 I actually disagree Getting the handcanon is the hardest thing in that game I had a much easier time (and I say that in quotes) beating the game on the hardest difficulty than I did unlocking the handcanon Although it’s probably not labeled as an achievement or something which is dumb Tho even still I’d still put one other achievement above this And that’s unlocking every costume in the game Solely because Ada’s campaign is so unfairly difficult at times Mainly for the battleship section
@@TheAverageGamer1 I died a couple times but I didn’t really have that much of an issue with it That ship segment tho if you haven’t been finding yellow herbs and aren’t fast enough you literally get spawn killed Or you barely have time to react coming out of the cutscene I mean I made it through it but that turret that can one shot you doesn’t feel nice
@@Jamess1899 I used speed running knowlage of how you can push in the energy cells 2 at a time to beat it. Even with the rocket launcher with unlimited ammo it drove me nearly insane.

Ive platinumed all RE games but RE5 and Revelations 1 and I feel like Revelations1 raid mode trophies are far much harder and tedious than any of these.
Impressive dude! If you tackled all the rest RE5 will be no obstacle at all for you! I might make another video like this one on all the non-mainline games of RE. Thanks so much for taking the time to check this video out!
I platinum Re0,Re remake,both Re2 Re3 Remake 5,Re8 and Revelations I haven’t worked on Re6 or Re7 yet I’m currently trying to platinum Code Veronica but RE4 oddly doesn’t have a platinum trophy…sad
@@someonejust5062 4 didn’t have a trophy because psn released games didn’t allow platinums at the time. It’s since changed and you can mine platinum trophies on those garbage $1 games on psn.
Honestly I think RE 1 real survivor is harder than all the others since you can pick the difficulty for knife only or invisible mode, real survivor Is auto set in hard mode and since boxes don't link you have to make a hard choice when going to the cabin or underground since you can't carry both healing items and weapon in one go
Sounded like you said RE4 took place 16 years after the events of RE2 but that would be false. It took place 6 years after because it was taking place in 2004 when the game first came out.
6:13 bruh you literally had her stand there, you can see by the icon. Ashley's AI is very smart if you're not trying to shoot her constantly and run through enemies like an idiot
It seems you just ranked the trophies difficulty by rarity rather than challenge. Invisible enemy trophy is so easy, you can play on the lowest difficulty and if I remember correctly you can use infinite ammo weapons gained from the doing the speedrun trophy. RE0’s trophy list is the hardest in my opinion.
Re4 was the absolutely easiest game to 100% out of RE. Professional mode was kind of easy. I wish getting the hand cannon and Chicago typewriter we're achievements.
"camera angles" "clunky" "don't play like the newer titles" the fixed camera adventure style REs make up 6 of the series' 15 main installments. That's 2/5, with the third person shooter titles numbering 7 and the first person titles only having 2. The number of main fixed camera adventure REs is only one less than the third person shooter mainline REs.
Damn! I sadly can't answer all of your comments but I want to thank you for setting things straight! Awesome to have someone so knowledgeable who's watching my stuff! I hope you enjoy the videos despite the mistakes. Thanks so much!
I did the Minimalist achievement on my first try for it. My advice is to plan your run and don't be afraid to discard items that you don't need in the moment. I would definitely say the achievement for finishing the 5 star Ghost Story is MUCH harder.
Mmm, weird, I clearly remember getting the no opening box achievement in RE2R first try (didn't practice for it, I was just playing casually, and after beating both scenarios I started to look into the challenges for the unlocks), it also helped me getting S rank since I had to get efficient with item management. Then again, just because it's the hardest in that game, doesn't mean is the hardest thing to do ever, so.

Dlc doesn’t count
@@mneri84 If you want to get every achievement/get platinum, then you will have to get this one.
@@gustavoramiro1999 yeah I have the ps3 platinum played the dlc and didn’t bother 100% it b
Honestly, the hardest part for completing Inferno on re3 is the final boss.
So, I didn't think the no item box achievement was thar hard, I think the hardest one to get on RE2 Remake is the A Small Carbon Footprint achievement
What'd you have to do in it?
@@Kambyday complete the game under a certain amount of steps which isn't to bad since I played it a lot so knowing everything like item spawns or puzzles made walking around less likely
@@Kambyday less then 14K steps but getting bit and hit and falling those count as steps so getting hit by birkin can in the first fight and running to avoid being hit
No item box was easily one of my fuck all playthroughs.
Imo the hardest trophy was finishing the 4th survivor
Is no one gonna talk about ma boi being in the main hall but jack is in his first form at 9:33
That happens on Madhouse difficulty.
You skipped CV but still have it at 0:19
Odd that you specify Mercenaries being in 4 & 6 and just completely ignore that it was also in 3 & 5. Pretty common knowledge lol
Amazing video!! Really surprised me when i noticed u didnt have tons of thousands subscribers! Thanks for the entertainment!
In RE Outbreak it would definitely be hearing the scream behind the bar lol. I had to play that scenario at least 50 times in order to get that one
I never got that one
Great video man, I really enjoyed it. I wish code veronica was included too 😁 but it was very interesting to see the different kinds of trpphies in the franchise
Thank you my friend! I did indeed make a new video where code Veronica and the rest of the resident evil games are included as well, so feel free to check that out :D
@@RichFakh no way! That's fantastic, I'll check it out, thanks 😀
I like how u mentioned every achievement in the resi games
Imo re5's hardest achivement has to be the one where you had to win 30 times one of the versus modes but its kinda easy due to people helping
minimalist in RE2 is fairly simple, especially if you play in easy. I did both the minimalist + no herb uses achievement in a single run.
RE 2's toughest achievement is finishing the 5-star alternative scenario... the one with the cop in the gas station.
10:54 Mercenaries previously appeared in 3:N, 4, 5, and 6, as well as had its own 3DS spinoff that's not canon and barely has any story.
It felt great to platinum The First Resident Evil game and Zero included.
Glad I did.
But I get it everyone has different opinions, video is great and I love how you managed to get so many interesting facts into one video :) Keep up good work
Hey Friend,
Thank you so much for leaving such a lovely comment. I'm guaranteed you'd enjoy that one more than this video. 😀
@@RichFakh Yeah I saw it, it was great indeed :), I was honestly shocked that you have "only" 560 subscribers and you make such a high quality content, I don´t even know how I got here but I am glad I did. "That boulder-punching asshole!"
For Resident Evil 5 I would put Run The Gauntlet achievement/trophy.
for RE:Zero i pick
*Kill ALL enemies in leech hunter*
Reason why is that there are zombies that only spawn somewere IF you killed enough zombies and u be running low on ammo/health at that point! Makes it even worse that if u die at that point its....... Back to the main menu!
That is actually super interesting, I had no clue that there was a hidden mechanic like that in the minigame. Thanks so much for the info! :)
It's a shame you didn't include re revelations 1/2. While they are spinoffs, they're still both gems of games
Revelations 2 also has an invisible mode that is way harder than the original
Beating RE4 on professional was difficult when I was a kid. I only play on it now. Love the game
Sigma Male Ethan on his grindset 💯
@@scalypredator892 this is how I remember it on the cube. I had to work through the game like 8 times for enough cash for unlimited.
The increase of quality is easily noticeable with each video
I got the No Itembox Achievement in RE 2 Remake
How on earth neither Resident Evil Revelations game made the list is beyond me. Village Mercenaries has nothing on Revelations raid mode.
@@lloydchristmas5804 Oh I'm not 100% online Re games, at all, I have some extent of self love you see
Ok this amuses me cause I'm terrible at most of the games but I've 100% Resident Evil 1 on both PS4 and Steam.
Revelations 1 also has the DO NOT DIE while playing the game
Revelations 1 making me really lazy to even try bcz i don't even like the raid mode so playing it for hours is gonna be annoying asf
Resident Evil 3 Remake. Inferno Mode.. End Boss. It took me over 1 1/2 hours to best Nemmy. It was awful. 1 destroyed Controller, a noice complaint from 2 neighbors, 1 smashed coffee mug and the worst headache ever.
How is the camera in re1 remake clunky at all?
For some reason, a lotta zoomers struggle with the basic spatial reasoning necessary to play the older RE titles. Probably doesn't help that they insist on not using the original tank controls the game was actually designed around, which ironically just makes the game even harder to control.
i got all the trophies for 3 and 8 and i’m trying to do 7 now
I got it all for Re2 and 3 remakes, and almost all for Re8 and Re0, trying the Re1 now
I remember playing re2 remake, played 4 times, Leon Clare a and b. Then I thought let's tackle achievements. Minimalist was the first one I chose because sounded like fun. Only one try to do it. I assume because location of items was fresh in my head. But that can't be hardest achievement. Right?
Its not, the hardest is the gas station survival side mode or one of the tofu achievements
For REHD I saved Knife Only and Invisible Enemies for last thinking they would be tough. They were actually easy as could be. The one I had the most trouble with with Every Nook and Cranny. And even that wasn’t really hard. It was just tedious.
Yeah, same. Knife only was a little tough in some areas, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be
Just finished my first 100% on a RE game , completed RE8. I am going to 100% them all.... all the main series games.
Yeah I'm doing the same, done RE1, RE2, RE4, RE7 and RE8 so far. But the RE0 and RE6 trophy list kinda puts me off lol
I'm doing the same thing!Already done with RE2, Re3, Re6, re7 and 8. as well as for re4 the classic. I'm currently doing RE0
Mercenaries have been in Resident Evil 4,5,6,7,and 8 in 7 it’s called Nightmare
Before i watch im saying beating re3make on the hardest setting. I cannot get past the final form nemesis after over a year
Even after several dozens of playthroughs of RE4, I still struggled on Professional. I will say, it did give me that same “rush” I felt when I played it for the first time; getting my ass handed to me and scraping by by the skin of my teeth.
Haven’t used that laser cannon weapon yet; was pretty burnt out when I finished it so my Cleared Professional save file has been sitting there for a few years now 😅
dude amazing list, you nailed it !
Thank you so much! I'm happy you enjoyed it. There's also videos out on the rarest achievement in the Bioshock, Assassin's Creed and Metro - series. So if you like any of those I'd love to hear your opinion about them as well :D
Re2 hardest achievement is no way out. The Minimalist is rare but extremely easy. Just like in Re3. I got almost all RE series platinums so...
It's so easy to get I did it without even realising. I just played the game normal and never ended up touching the item box. Definitely not the hardest achievement in the game.
Ahhh yes the locked in the Gas Station and having to clear 100 waves
No way out was the tenth circle of hell lol
Cod zombies doesn’t prepare you for that
I'm only missing one trophy for resident evil 4 which is aquire all the bottle caps
You forgot the suicidal zombies in re 1 remake! You shot them and they explode! Killing everyone in the room
RE0 was the hardest for me because of the Leech Hunter mode. It was a nightmare to find my way around the map, plan and execute my runs until I got it. And by "nightmare" I mean it literally. I had actual nightmares because of it. Even RE8's Mercenaries was less demanding.
Take it from me, the hardest trophy in the resident evil franchise is Killing 4 heroes in versus mode in resident evil operation Raccoon city
In regards to RE4 I actually disagree
Getting the handcanon is the hardest thing in that game
I had a much easier time (and I say that in quotes) beating the game on the hardest difficulty than I did unlocking the handcanon
Although it’s probably not labeled as an achievement or something which is dumb
Tho even still I’d still put one other achievement above this
And that’s unlocking every costume in the game
Solely because Ada’s campaign is so unfairly difficult at times
Mainly for the battleship section
Really? I thought the saddler boss fight was the most unfair part of Ada's campaign
@@TheAverageGamer1 I died a couple times but I didn’t really have that much of an issue with it
That ship segment tho if you haven’t been finding yellow herbs and aren’t fast enough you literally get spawn killed
Or you barely have time to react coming out of the cutscene I mean
I made it through it but that turret that can one shot you doesn’t feel nice

Ive platinumed all RE games but RE5 and Revelations 1 and I feel like Revelations1 raid mode trophies are far much harder and tedious than any of these.
Impressive dude! If you tackled all the rest RE5 will be no obstacle at all for you! I might make another video like this one on all the non-mainline games of RE. Thanks so much for taking the time to check this video out!

@@someonejust5062 4 didn’t have a trophy because psn released games didn’t allow platinums at the time. It’s since changed and you can mine platinum trophies on those garbage $1 games on psn.
Honestly I think RE 1 real survivor is harder than all the others since you can pick the difficulty for knife only or invisible mode, real survivor Is auto set in hard mode and since boxes don't link you have to make a hard choice when going to the cabin or underground since you can't carry both healing items and weapon in one go
That RE8 achievement was by far the worst for me, took me months on and off to get it done.
I platinum them all and i think 0 and 1 gave the me the most headache. Lol
RE4 professional isn’t hard at all. And you can do it with Ashley’s knight costume.
Damn.. I thought this was going to be the one you get for *playing RE:Verse*

@@RichFakh I am hyped for that, just really sad it's been so long lol
Personally with 4 getting all the pop figure things from the story shooting range
The mad pelicans is very easy if you did the speedrun trophy
I did the Minimalist achievement on my first try for it.
My advice is to plan your run and don't be afraid to discard items that you don't need in the moment.
I would definitely say the achievement for finishing the 5 star Ghost Story is MUCH harder.
Nice vid👍
Actually in RE4R achievement isn't that hard since the game let's you use infinite ammo weapons
The only ones that are actually hard in that list are 8 and 0, tho a lot of the dlc tropies are far harder than any of the main games.
What are they worth trophy I just get it ps3 North American version omg
Mmm, weird, I clearly remember getting the no opening box achievement in RE2R first try (didn't practice for it, I was just playing casually, and after beating both scenarios I started to look into the challenges for the unlocks), it also helped me getting S rank since I had to get efficient with item management. Then again, just because it's the hardest in that game, doesn't mean is the hardest thing to do ever, so.
