Then there's the foreign workers who can't read English / BM or Chinese and pin their pick up location which is wrong. Investment in property KL and Johor will be the Hot spots due to TRX Financial Centre and data centres in both Selangor and Johor.

KL市中心的楼都是“有价无市”,脱手很难。本地人是不会住在市中心,太塞车,本地人有更好的选择,所以只能租给在吉隆坡上班的外国专才,但真的供过于求,也不是很多外国专才喜欢住在繁忙的市中心,外国专才也不傻,RM3500++在文良港、Cheras 有更好更便宜的选择。所以到最后只能短租airbnb给游客了。刚刚你算了年化报酬5-6%😅 与其投资房地产,还不如买大马蓝筹股,股息5-6%有不少可以选择,流动性更高。本人吉隆坡人小小的建议。

我覺得網紅尤其是經營海外這一塊多多少少還是要擔一些社會責任,在幫雅居樂這種很爛的樓盤站台或拍攝視頻推廣這種行為我覺得不可取。

@@sannn7034For residential , go for areas with real expats demand and little oversupply issue. If you have more cash, try look beyond residential.
