Mont kiara too many proprties and the jam is crazy.... good luck enjoying the jam.. GIS area, during school hour it is almost impossible to drive through....

I moved here in 2010, and while the traffic is manageable, it can get havoc due to the GIS school time. Many people complain about the school, but the issues have been there since 1996. If that’s the case, why do people keep moving in and complaining? Without GIS , i guess properties would drop 20-30% 😃
You sold too early as 2022 Malaysia is still recovering from Covid. The economy is a lot stronger now and if you held it to 2025 I'm sure you will make a lot of money since there are so many foreign investments here.

这发展商很不错,用料很足,都给大理石地砖,他们几个项目在满家乐都保持低管理费,对面Ayuria也有环绕泳池,也是这家公司发展的,也保持低管理费。地点不错,100米可到Kiara 5路,也是Garden学校后门,verve suite楼下有很多cafe和超市。离开以后地铁站200-300米,会在2030-2032落实。 比起山上的 the minh好,虽然那个发展商很不错,但是10年前他们已经不给大理石了,而且住满家乐的特点是楼下附近有很多F&B, the minh太单独了。我住满家乐10几年了,信我,你买对了

@@maggielee8054 Some high income earners still can afford just not many. Usually locals won't buy condo for millions. They will buy semi-D or bungalow jor. Actually I really highly recommend Hongkie to buy landed property instead of condo cos they can't eventually afford to buy it in HK. Try to enjoy staying at a landed home with your own garden. Suitable for family with young kids.
