I had a family member with the same issue…. Stuttered often to the point that you could not understand him. He committed suicide because of it. I thank God this officer overcame the issue and he was the nicer of the 2 officers.

I feel really sorry for that black runner at the start... He was so humble and scared about it. I'd have said hey, it looked like you were trying to intimidate me. Don't or we're going to have very serious issues. Then i'd offer a handshake and be on my way.. I've had lots of issues with drivers and stuff on my bike. About 5% of which were my fault. Every single one of them ended in a polite talk and a handshake. One time these two kids in a ricer cut my off and nearly hit me. I pulled up to their side at the next red light and talked to them about it and asked them why they were angry enough to try and hurt me. They called me sir and explained it was an accident.. I asked them to please be careful, shook his hand, and left. they were driving. I ended up behind them again and they were being much more careful. SO much of this shit can be solved by thinking with your head instead of your balls..
