I commend the Biker for intervening. I think he saved this man's life by ensuring he did not wander into traffic in a dark portion of the highway and calling 911 on the man's behalf. Well done, Sir! We are our brother's keeper and you demonstrated how we should all look out for each other.
He was pretty dumb for staying in FRONT of the car though...if another car had bumped by accident into the back of the broken car ( because lights were off)...he was gonna get crushed....
