Best thing about british license plates is that you can read them even if the video is recorded with a toaster because of the huge letters and numbers xD
Yeah Americas are tiny and ours (UK) are coloured to make them more visible, same with our road signs. So yellow with bold black font and it's not flat either so they're as clear as it gets really and all of them other than private plates have 2 letters, 2 numbers then 3 letters unless it's before like 2000 then it's 1 letter, 3 numbers and 3 letters. The newer way of doing it has those 2 numbers as the year which is separated in 2 halves as they have a new year plate come out every 6 months which starts March and August. So 01 means 2001 and 51 means 2001 or the start of 2002 but typically looked at as 2001. So then 18 and 68 are 2018. 1 half of the year is the actual year so 18 now and then in the 2nd half of the year it's from 51 as it can only go up to 99 so it starts half way so it's 68 for 2018. As an example my old plate was KW12LOD which meant it was a 2012 and another car I had was EN63KNE (I think lol) which makes it a 2013 in the later part of the year or start of the next year which it was, I think it was January so it's 2014. The old style it was the 1st letter so A was 1983 and it changed yearly till around 1998ish and was 2 every year like it is now. Hopefully that makes sense to you, I feel like I over complicated that

Yeah, in a lot of these videos, the biker is at fault to some degree. Whether by way of riding too fast and causing the driver to make an honest mistake, or by way of unnecessarily escalating the situation.
