Gotta keep plugging away... I broke down and bought a DeVilbass finish line gun and was pleased with the results. Not cheap by any means, but heads and tails better than the cheapos I had been using. The gun is much better than the guy using it... lol
Hey Dan! Was wondering if you could tell me what you set your paint gun up too when you do base coat and clear coat? I’m just getting started and see your getting great finishes I set mine at around 25 to 29 psi on the pressure and set the fan to wide open and the trigger to wide open and then turn it back a turn and a half, and just don’t get the results you do. Any tips you could give would be much appreciated bud! Thanks!
everyone sprays different...I used to be at around 23-4 psi, but now I'm at 18 psi and virtually eliminated orange peel...try turning down your pressure and move a bit slower...you'll get a couple runs at first until you nail your speed down.
Hey Dan not a good video they don't make spray guns like in back in the old days my brother still has my father's spray gun play spray gun by lay down a Colt like you wouldn't believe well you have a good day my friend say hello to the family and stay warm what's 39 °in Jacksonville Florida today in the morning
Glad you’re getting work now. Great job on hood and door. Keep trucking 👍.
Yeah, it looks like it'll be pretty steady for a while, thanks!
