Excellent explanation, thanks a lot. I'm pushing the pancake hard recently, with progress, but slow and not there yet, I was wondering: Do you know any single leg pancake positions that would get me to get the hip further in the target position on that one side, further in than when done with two sides, which I think would be helpful. I've been testing with one leg straight, one leg bent etc but I haven't been able to find a satisfying position. Do you think such a position is useful? Do you know one?

To get to the parallel with the torso with straight legs, I would have to place more than 10 yoga blocks😅, do you recommend starting the position from standing?
No, I would suggest you work on more basic exercises!
