I have never been this comfortable when stretching oohhh my God this all feels sooo good!!! I know I'm gonna hit my splits I was just a few inches away when I came across you OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH
Your drills are cool and it makes me to get remain jeevan yoga studio which I watched a long time before from 2022 struggling for splits but not happening still.
Hi. At first may thanks to you for the videos (stretching and also for bailout from a handstand (it gave me enough confidence to start my free standing jumps!!!)). I have a question though.. I've been practicing Ashtanga for a year now, incorporating some simple stretching for my splits every time (including all preparation, pigeon poses etc.).. however I have no time to do several sets per each split and can't spend even 60 sec on each one. Do you think I'm doing useless work here and should de separate splits dedicated 1 practice a week? Or is it better doing less (1 set at Ashtanga) but often? I'm kinda confused here 😄
I have a question about one of your videos that talks about hamstring stretch (bent leg pike) that focus on the top portion of hamstring Can i keep the chest against the knee and straighten the leg and keeping contact without grap front knee with arm? because this causes me pain and I don't feel the stretch well in the hamstring
There are a few variations of this. If keeping the knee slightly away from your chest increases the stretch and makes you feel better, then use that technique instead.

One arm handstand tutorial please. How many years did it take for you to achieve 5 sec OAH?
I don't remember, it's more of a life commitment to me 🤣
