I have been eating 1800-2000 calories a day for the past month and exercising every day and never had a second of hunger. Find low calorie food you like that fills you up and you cant go wrong. Today I have made 3 chicken small baguete sandwiches filled with chicken, sugarless pickles, carrots, onions, tomato cilantro, mayo and hot sauce, and I am weighting everything, including the sauces.
@@JanusXX absolutely spot on mate! Low calorie food that fills you up makes staying in a calorie deficit way easier. Weighing and counting everything is also really important so that you don’t underestimate how much you are eating.
