I love your version of this cocktail from 22 Aug 2021 with 45ml of coconut puree although I use Coco Real. I'd love to try this version as I have all the ingredients except for the Don Q 7. Would replacing the Don Q 7 with Don Q 151 also work? Your original version called for 30 ml of OFTD so I'm guessing it would. Keep up the good work 👊

Yeah. 151 it up. Now that I have the bounty 151 I’d deffo recommend those column still 151s. Very different (obvs) to Pussers/OFTD.

Love this cocktail but often find it too sweet (difficulties getting the monin coconut puree accurate). Always use the SC recipe.
Just use less Coconut... or balance with more Citrus. Simples 👍 TBH, it's why use ODK a lot, as they're flavour forward, not sweet forward.
