I've been following this couple for almost a year now, and they are two of the most amazing souls on Earth. The epitome of grace under fire. My family prays for them daily in gratitude for what they take the time to share. I look forward to every single video!
I know that we only see the good side of Jason, the funny, happy go lucky guy. Because you allow us to peer into your private lives in hopes of perhaps helping others who are going through similar conditions. It has allowed us to imagine what your lives were before all this happened. I can tell that you two are happy, laughing and loving life people. That being said I know from experience that seeing someone you love change in front of your eyes from being the supportive spouse to now being the dependent spouse is challenging but acceptance is key. We can’t fight what we can’t change. You handle yourself so well in all of your roles that you have had to take on. Please know that you are appreciated by us all for taking the time in your overwhelmingly busy life as caregiver by including strangers into your life so that we can have a better understanding of this terrible disease. Love and hugs to you and your family. 🥰
Leslie and Jason are an amazing strong couple. I always look forward to the videos. Jason has made me laugh so many times. Yes, kindness shines through both of them. Prayers for the entire family.
I've been one of their subscribers for quite a while now and simply love those two! They put a positive spin on dealing with life's curveballs. Anytime I need a smile or to get away from the daily stress of everyday life, I go to their channel and escape. They fill my heart with a smile every time I watch them.
We love our buddy Jason from UA-cam! Watching the dementia videos helps me understand. My grandfather was diagnosed three years ago (regular) dementia. Please keep the dementia videos coming! You’re reaching so many of us!
I just love to watch your channel and it is fun to see Jason on also. I am so sorry that he was injured in the military protecting us and has to pay for it the rest of his life.
This couple are amazing,I understand the wife's wanting and needing to do something different to enable her to spend more time with her husband, and her husband is so open and honest about him having good and bad days, yet always has a smile.I have the utmost respect for them both,I wish them nothing but the best.
Oh my gosh! Jason and Leslie, you are so precious! Your going through a life changing time and still think of others who may have the same or similar struggles. Life is all about challenges and choices. You guys are amazing! I wish I could give both of you a big hug and a high five! Sending love from Texas. 😊🇨🇱
I've fallen in love with the two of you! Can't decide which one is more adorable!!! No one gets through this life unscathed but your example is/will help the rest of us deal with whatever comes our way. I send you love and prayers. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you two for spreading awareness of LBD, and for your strength of spirit and love! You show the awful challenges, but also share the faith, humor and enjoyment of living “in the moment.” Grateful to Jason for his military service and his witty comments! Glad you’re developing an important support system. You two are an inspiration! 🙏 for your continued strength and for good times of connection to continue. You’re multi-talented and have a beautiful home 👍 🤗🤗to both of you
This couple are such a lovely example of loving kindness. They are my personal heroes amongst those who are living with/coping with Lewy Body Dementia.
I've been watching acharmingabode UA-cam channel ever since she started it! I love her home decorating tips. Also I like learning about lewy body dementia. You never know if a family member or friend will go through this. I know it has to be hard dealing with this disease for Jason and Leslie. I hope their story gets out to more and more people who might need some decor tips, learning about lewy body dementia, and sometimes just need a laugh(we all know Jason is funny)!
Love what u are doing with your house! My Roommate is alcoholic. I anticipate a problem. Until he moves...Doing art brings me a lot of joy. When things are not going well...art gives me another place to escape to.
I'm officially on board. Rn, cared for 2 family members with dementia I cared for until they passed. I love home renovation. You got this y'all. BTW my hubby's family and a lot of mine are from KC. We, may,, have a thing or 2 in common.🙃
I just found your channel a couple of days ago. I have already watched several of your videos. Thank you so much for sharing your lives here and allowing others into to journey along side you. I’m sure your story has been an inspiration to so many who are sharing the same life’s journey. My brother too has dementia. He and his wife live in Michigan. He was diagnosed 3-4 years ago, also after a head injury at work. They are also Christ followers. I know they would be lost without Jesus in their lives. My sister-in-law has been his full-time caregiver since the beginning. She worked full-time as well as caring for him full-time until just recently, when she was able to retire. I’m sure she can relate to many of the things you have shared. We too are Kansans. We live in Wichita, KS. It has very hard for me to fully understand their story since we live so far away and do not see them often enough or long enough to see the changes in my brother’s life for ourselves. I am not even able to talk to him on the phone very often, due to his very severe hearing loss, which he has had his whole life. He sounds just as he always has, when I do get to talk to him on the phone. Your videos have been a real eye opener for me. I’m so glad I found you on UA-cam, just when I did, I’m sure it is a “God Thing”. We are going to be seeing them next month. This will be the first time in almost three years, due to Covid and schedule conflicts. We will be traveling up to see them during a month long RV trip. Since watching your videos, I have a new appreciation for my sister-in-law. As I’m beginning to understand some of the things she has shared with me along the way. Like you and Jason, they are still enjoying life and living it to the fullest. May the Lord continue to richly bless you both. Together we serve Him Dee Dilts
Praying for God's grace and mercy to cover Jason and Leslie every moment of their lives together. He knows the desires of our hearts as we pray for this special couple. And while the desire of our heart is for complete healing, we always pray these things according to His perfect will for Jason and Leslie. Sending so much love. Feel like I know you both, like you are family. Blessings, Mona
