I do agree it would be nice to have it added for TS, but then again they could be like BNSF and say no or restrict it to US only. Wrong, the velaro ICE 3 would probably win. The TGV which got 500 kmh+ in the speed test was a modified prototype specifically made for the speed test which there is only one of. Actual normal TGVs which you see all day would only get like 230+ mph without a speed cap. So no, if this was in real life it wouldn't come first.

If you let the TGVs spin up on 250+miles of track, they will beat every other train. Their safety systems prevent them from doing so.
