8, great, balanced workout for when time is short! And I have an exercise physiology degree. I also just turned 50 and have had to stop running and start doing low impact. These HIIT workouts have the intensity I've missed in not running. 👍
It's because of you and workouts like this I regained a lot of mobility and ability to power through some medium intensity workouts with other UA-cam videos. But I come back here to slow it down and change it up and work on my form. I think this is my all time favorite I have no energy workout that I will be doing on days I have no energy left but still mentally want to workout. Balance of low impact with an awesome cardio kick without having to go a great deal of time. Yes it was over before I knew it, this is definitely a good one to do more than once if time permits! Thank you for helping me on my "get healthier" journey and helping me she's 17.5 lbs since Jan 8th. Looking forward to new videos like these from you! (Follower since November when I started to work on my exercise habit before my eating healthier habit, now I do both :)

I switch day to day between hard cardio and HIIT exercises, doing strength and toning every day but sometimes it takes its toll on those aging knees! This is great. Very low impact so great for those joints, but worked up a sweat all the same! Will definitely be doing again and again to round out or start my day. Love the music in this one too!🥰

When I went to bed last night I had a migraine and my stomach didn't feel well at all. I was still feeling a bit of a headache and my stomach was off still this morning, but being the person that doesn't like to give up, I still did this exercise and a 20 minute by Hanna Miley. I took it a bit slower than normal though, but I still made it through.

Good Morning Shellea. Jill here from Sittingbourne in Kent, England 🇬🇧! I just wanted to let you know how important your routines have become in my daily routine. I was made redundant just before the first lockdown and probably, due to the stress of that, I developed an impinged shoulder that has stuck with me despite lots of physio for over 18 months. Anyway, I piled on the pounds and aged physically way beyond my 56 years. But then I found your daily flexibility stretches and that led on to your 10 min arm workout and more recently I've added the 10 min body fat burn routine. So now I'm up doing 30 mins with you before I start my day! I can't thank you enough. My shoulder is 90% better. I'm starting to take care of my appearance more AND I feel so much better. I start a new job next week as a PA for people living with dementia. I feel fab and up for the challenge.
This workout was great thank you very much would love some more like that I am 52 years old lately. I’ve been private problems with my right hip and my right shoulder does hurt and my right knee so this was a really good work out so thank you again.

Woo wee, I added 5 lb and 3 lb weights to this depending on the exercise. It was hard but I did it and boy did it get my heart pumping! Loved it!🤩
