Walking away isn't only powerful, it also demonstrates to ones own self that the person they're walking away from isn't as valuable as they made them out to be.
There's so much power in just walking away, you can't change people but you can just change your situation, and just walk away from these toxic people.
Walking away from people is the most powerful thing I have ever started doing.

The ultimate revenge against those who intentionally hurt you is to show them you can be happy without them...if you opt to walk away don't look back...get rid of your negative baggage and don't beat yourself up with "what if's "...give yourself time to heal.. don't jump into another love relationship without extinguishing the old...dragging your frustration and pain into another relationship will destroy it too..its like mourning a death..you have to come to terms with the loss before you can move on

After leaving a narcissisric relationship, I found out the truth and had a mind wakening, I left toxic enviroments such as family, workplace and neighbourhood without even say goodbye. I took a bus to another state. Arriiving, no home or job available or any acquaintances in the city; I prayed to Jesus in total peace, and assurance asking fpr guidance. Nine days after I got a place to live and a job.
All four benefits described above worked for me in full. Now I feel more confident than never, I am reorganizing my life and goals. My health improved , I am making new friends whose support and kindness encourage me even more. I!ve found out I deserve so much more from life and I!m having a tastefull bite of it, and I!m sure greater things are on the way.

Just watvh 5minutes in and yess AMEN i walked away frim my family also its sometimes hard i have 2 daughters from 3&5years old the dont know ther family and ther father is a narsict. yess i always have bad relations also friends Who manipulatie my. im a proud loner alwas was always be feel sorry for my Girls. some day i have it al my husband and few friends

I am not walking away from my nuclear family.
I am walking away from my toxic in-laws.
I packed up my stuff from our lovely family home and left my wife said she isn’t happy any more wants a divorce so after a long talk I moved out while she was crying while I packed and said she didn’t expect me to move out soo quick !!! It’s been 5 weeks my divorce is nearly done and my wife soon to be ex who shattered my family world and our child’s family world is happiest she’s ever been and she’s already in online dating apps the house is up for sale and I’m just praying for karma to hit her in the face
