Celica Enables Auto Clock!

Celica's Armor Affinity makes Clock, Breeze, Ice, and Thorns enchanted hero to have their activating chance from 30% to 105% at 5 stacks of Armor Affinity Buff. Sounds wild to think about it, but it's true!

Does it work with the Ice enchant? If so that may be a great option.
