Regarding Seraphina 3C - up to 10xatk fixed damage is a pretty high cap but consider SP Freya’s talent is 1x(def+mdef). Barb is 2.5xdef. Crown of Thorns is 2xMDEF. Iron rose is 2.5xmdef. Crystal Thorn 1x(Def+MDef). So the fixed will put in work but I doubt will single-handedly take out comparably built units unless they already have some dmg. Single-target + aoe damage in a single turn seems like a pretty cool addition to aoe rush. (Maybe?)

Theon/Tatalia seem ok for bonds, but for heroes I don't think is worth using but can get them guaranteed on those desiny banners. One old hero I see a bit more of now is Kertez. Thinking if I want to pick him up or ignore all these and wait for Enya. Her banner mate seems interesting too but more a novelty with the insta-kill marks like Soi Fon from Bleach? Rozen probably shuts that down, but she's seeing less use now.

To clarify on Celica's 2C skill: Armor Affinity increases your gear enchantment effect, not the gear's abilities. Also a correction on Celica's 3C where it says CD reduced after removing the Spirits of Mana, it's actually the opposite, meaning the CD of the skill will be +1 turn when it happens.
