Ohh, this one is going to be the special one, the tender one that reveals the depths of a person's heart. My experience showed me wonderful colors. And the longer I listened, the colors changed and became a unity of forest green. It looked like a silk screen, alive with its glimmer in front of me. I felt all these little tingles around my head. The sound of the singing bowl was reassuring, like when one feels safe being next to a loved one. And just like that, I saw a white starburst with cascading little flecks of light. I am grateful for your series. It has been a blessing for me. Never dim your light! I send you endless love.💜💚

I ended up falling asleep to this playing on a loop some nights ago and it works so well.
I awoke during the night to my body pulsing strongly (but not uncomfortably) and my heart was pumping, again not uncomfortably though.
It felt nice to know it was working as intended and I easily went back to sleep, though I did turn it off as it had been going for long enough.
I am open vessel for love to flow into and out of. I am loved in a very special way. My heart is one with the universe at all times. I love myself. My heart is free to express itself in all divine moments. Thank you beautiful.

@@ypshrivastav if I am remembering correctly, this comment was posted during a series of videos where they were discussing the notes that correspond to each individual singing bowl and playing that note, And discussing the effects that they commonly have on people's bodies. In terms of what I would think my body most needed help with right now or at the time I need that comment, I suppose I don't really have to answer that question but I had been diagnosed not too long before that with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, which is a condition of the autonomic nervous system where it struggles to regulate your heart rate when standing and moving. Introspection tells me other things about why certain of the singing bowl notes resonate more with me, but some of that is more personal than I feel like sharing. Wishing you the much happiness...

@@ypshrivastav Well, in music, there are sound or note tones associated with each of the letter from A to G, as in those sound notes are named that way by letter and whether they are sharp or flat sounding. I suppose that would have been the most literal way for me to answer and probably should have been in my first response also... 😅And you're welcome.

That's hard to say. A couple of the tones feel more jarring for me individually, but this one feels very pleasant. I was recently diagnosed with POTS, which is a condition where the autonomic nervous system struggles to regulate heart rate when standing. Not life threatening, just life changing. It also affects the circulation. I have been working on rehabilitation for the past couple of months, and things are improving... I am not an expert in the chakras, but I would guess for me at least this feels so pleasant because that part of my system is out of whack and needs to be brought into balance. Just a guess though...

Ok, blessedup kinda has a point in that if those symptoms don't stop if you've got this bowl sound paused or off, evaluation by a health professional would be a good idea. Generally stroke wouldn't be the first thing I think of when it comes to breathing and heaviness issues in the chest, not to be alarmist but other cardiac issues can cause that if it's going on when the bowl sound is stopped. Take good care of yourself 💜
This could absolutely be due to some form of resistance you are experiencing within you. The best thing to do when you feel this is to take deep breaths into the feeling and breathe it out. If the feeling persist you might want to check in with a specialist.
