The Sacral Chakra is the 2nd of 7 energetic centers in our body and is located in your pelvis, near the sacrum. This Chakra governs our well-being and our capacity to develop a sense of abundance as it controls our physical ability to move forward in life. Hi, friends! I wanted to listen for a little while before I shared my experience with you. This frequency is much lighter, but persistent. I closed my eyes to see swirling colors that bend and crashed into one another. The sound comes in waves. At first it's loud then drifts away and comes back again. There is almost a buoyancy to it. w0w, first off; these chakra videos are super super inspiring. I am looking to purchase a singing bowl and going through these I finally know which one I will start with. The sacral is something I have been working with my whole life. I had alot of trauma during the birth of both of my children. I receive immense blessings from this one particularly. No chakra is attached to a body part. Feminine and masculine energy cannot exist without the other and we all have both. If you need to balance either one, don't assign it to one chakra. They both flow through all chakras; each chakra is a channel of certain aspects of our whole energetic system. If a woman has no womb, is she then devoid of feminine energy? Not at all. Be careful not to create limitations to your energy flow by attaching notions that can cause further impediments. If you want to give space for creativity, confidence, and courage to your womb, the sacral chakra is the spot. If you want to give love, harmony, and abundance to your womb, focus the heart chakra. If you want to ground, center, and create safe foundation for your womb, focus the root chakra. And so on. And if you don't have a womb, you are still blessed with feminine and masculine energy that flows throughout your being. The balance of those polarities is to be done throughout your being.

It's very interesting how it works. Vibrations affect us all on different levels. Depending on where we are emotionally and physically, we can experience something completely different each time. Each mental state absorbs the vibrations how they need it ❤️🙏
