Thank you so much! I forgot to mention in the video that I started to win the crowd over as the week went on and everyone was really nice to me haha. But thanks for the support!
Congrats on making a final Amy! Your opponent in the final was a solid player. Her game is clearly suited for the clay court as each ball comes back with depth
Great match , incredible fighter. I wish you could use more drops shots make he move back and front instead of side to side.. improve game on the net and will be a game changer in this type of war games.Keep hard work and you will be in 2 years top 50
Great grind and exceptional performance Amy! Glad you had a positive experience and these are the moments you're trying to put yourself through often and sooner! You may not have won but I think you did well making the finals. Next time will be a better result! 🎉
Hey Amy, new subscriber here. Really enjoying the glimpse into your pro career and seeing how hard you're working to improve your game. Congratulations on making your first final for the year, hopefully a title isn't too far away! 🎾
Love the racket speed on the forehand. Tough match in the final but you had a really great tournament. Congrats on making your first final on the ITF tour. Good luck at the next tournament!
Congrats on making the Finals! What do you think was different about this tourney than the last few to bring you success? Looking forward to your next post!
Thank you so much! I think this week I was in a really good mental state. Just going out and competing as hard as I could no matter what was happening while still trying to play my brand of tennis. Thanks for the support!
Keep your chin up because you played well to get to the finals. You should review and analyze the final match with a coach or your bro to learn from it.
Hi Amy great video, I was wondering how did you get to this point in your career as a pro tennis play? My daughter started playing two years ago and she is really in to sport. She says she wants to go pro. Is there any tips or any way I can help her reach her goal?
Hi! Thanks for the nice message! Well my advice for a parent would be to not put too much pressure on winning or losing especially if she’s young. It’s more important that she learns how to compete and have a good attitude on the court. Also try to have her enjoy the sport and have fun! As for the tennis side, make sure she has a good coach so she can learn good habits from beginning. It’s hard to change habits when you get older. Hope that helps!!
So what? Most people don't become top 10 in anything. This person is top 600 in the world for tennis, with how popular the sport is and how expensive it can get I don't think you get how difficult that is.
