Thank you so much for everyone’s support this past year! If you want to continue to support me for the 2025 season, buy me a coffee with the link above! ❤
Thanks
Thank you so much!!!
Way to go. Tough matches. Keep it up!
Thanks!
Thank you for sharing your proccess Amy. It's always nice to see young people becoming passionate about the sport. Finding the balance between playing the percentage points and taking risks must be challenging but you're adapting as you go and I hope you keep progressing to where you want to be.
Thank you!
@16:19. ...one of the best points I've ever seen you play, Amy! Loved seeing your reaction at the end of it.
😮 We’re not worthy! We’re not worthy! 😁
That point was incredible and what a winner she hit on the run! 👏🏼
Thanks haha
Another three setter battle to come out on top - phenomenal! Way to start the new year with some confidence and resilience! Great choice with the new video format and your picture in picture commentary - the commentary is great but more so seeing your reactions to the play. Keep tinkering with format - it's fun to see! Can you add in some highlights of the early matches (maybe some really good points, or all of your servebot aces) as part of your intro? Congrats on the WTA points - keep it rolling in '25!!
Thanks for the advice! I should have said it in the video but I wasn’t able to film myself in these matches because side the fence was way to high and I couldn’t get it up there. This footage is from their live feed that they posted online. But thanks for the kind words!
Some of the best tennis I’ve seen from you. Keep it up!
Thank you so much!
WOW AMY AMAZING WIN!!!!!!!!! So happy you won that match❤ You saved that match point to win the match! Congrats on that win!!
Thanks!!
Nice playing , you are consistently getting to quarters and semis which is pretty darn good. Why anyone would be sending negative stuff to you is ridiculous. Sorry that happens. If you ever get to playing an event around Orlando FL give a shout out. I will bring some supporters
Wow thanks! Yea most of them are bettors who bet on the matches and they get angry no matter if I win or lose so they send pretty nasty messages lol
@@AmyZhu200 the whole gambling thing is out of control. Crazy
Great performance! Great video.
Shot for the highlights reel at 16:30! It goes to show, 1 slip of concentration, at this level, and you almost never recover. Good effort Amy. Good win in the 1st match. 🍉🎾
Thank you so much!
Overall, I think you played very well! I guess the only thing I would comment on is a few of your approach shots when you are pulled into the court and end up hitting kind of a weak sidespin-ish approach shot. I think finding a way to hit those a little more aggressively would help. When she gets to those balls, she can go either way and there's not much you can do...
That one point starting at 16:19 or so, was terrific! More of those, please! LOL
Glad you were able to raise your ranking!
That was some high level tennis! Go Amy!
Thank you!
That match against the Korean girl was amazing. From a distance it looked like you were playing against yourself ! Both similar looking Big serves and Big forehands. Although I think your serve is better.
Thank you for quality content! The UTR player profile says your UTR is 10.48 with 100% accuracy. Is this what 10.48 looks like in a real match? How do you compare against peers in a NCAA women's tennis scene? What's your average serve and regular ball speed? I think I'm currently 6-7 UTR, and I want to train until I'm able to win 1 game against a WTA pro.
Curious just asking how old r u
To be honest I think I played at about an 11 or so in this match. The Korean girl is about an 11.1. I’d say I have a good chance with a lot of the top girls in college. I don’t really know the speeds lol I’ve never really measured. But you can do it keep practicing and working hard!
UA-cam finally brought me back here! Go Amy!!
Yay! Welcome back haha
ohh
Solid play Amy. Same commentary as previous; you have strong serve and ground strokes, but could do with a little more in the short game. Bring your opponent to the net with an Ash Barty short slice, and then pass or lob. That last opponent had some very strong ground strokes; playing her style is playing into her hands. You need a plan B. Even though you have strong ground strokes yourself, if you're reasonably evenly matched, strategy makes the difference. Pick the battleground. Sun Tzu.
Is your brother connected to that Changover Podcast?
Yes he’s part of the Changeover
Amazing tennis. Looks like extremely windy conditions overall. You did great, congrats.
Thank you very much!
Geez, u were ripping the ball
Dat forehand, tho!
Great job!
Thank you!!
Keep on fighting
💪🏼
To all those sad excuse for human being trollers, get a life.
Nice job!
Strong performance. SOME GOOD ADVICES EILL MAKE YOU EVEN STRONGER.NEVER GET RELAXED AFTER A SET UP. THAN ON YOUR DROPSHOTS USE MORE YOUR CORE/ LUNCH LOW UNDER THE BALL NOT MUCH DOING WITH RACKET. DUE RESULTING A not efficient drop shot. And last Lesrn some paterns that you will master and use in your games. For example on top 50 we train 2 cross court thsn 3th down the line coming to net. Or Serve plus one. I love this ..Be healthy and continue hard work. 💪
to be honest, i clicked cos i saw toni nadal's name.
