@@Daniel_916maybe it’s because you sleep on your face at night and that’s what usually causes wrinkles/lines in the face but you could try to using silk/sating sheets, moisturizing your skin and drink lots of water
@@Daniel_916 try to sleep upward like you sleeping on a coffin style💀 sorry for the example but that works just avoid sleeping side ways also too much sodium causes dark circles in eyes thats what ive heard off
Decent advice, unrealistic expectations. Your skin takes a lot longer than 1 week to adjust to changes. If you stop all skincare you might get dry skin after a week but change to oily skin after a month... the best skin advice is change 1 thing at a time and give it lots of time to see the effect

Wear sunscreen religiously and use tumeric and honey face mask 3x a week, I would also stop using that soap and get a gentle cleanser for your skin type. The soap is probably what’s drying your skin. Also moisturize

Be careful when drinking water! Food also contains water and if you do not exercise you will damage your kidneys of overhydration

take a break and stop using as much, focus on moisturizers and washing with cold water consistently before bed and when you first wake up
Drink plenty of water, stay hydrated, use a moisturizer and get some quality sleep. Good diet and less sugar also helps
