I'd say find the song of which you would like to make a parody of (in your case welcome to the internet), and copy/paste the lyrics from google to somewhere else that you can edit them (i use google docs). Then from there you can brainstorm which lyrics you'd like to change by editing the text in the doc, and also which ones to keep by simply leaving them as is. Making sure that the new lyrics fit the flow of the original while still making sense is the tricky part, so expect to have many parts that take you a while to get right.
