Swiatek, Lukasz (PhD) lectures in the School of the Arts and Media, University of New South Wales, Sydney. He has taught courses in media studies, communication, and international and global studies in Australia and Aotearoa, New Zealand. He undertakes research in communication and media studies, higher education, and cultural studies. Di Martino, Luigi (PhD) is an associate at the Institute for Culture and Society, Western Sydney University. His research interests are in public diplomacy, social media engagement, and digital Contributors xvii methods. Recent works have focused on theories and practices of social media listening in public diplomacy and the assessment of social media engagement in international communication.
