- Yo! Welcome back to another video, guys! Today: MORE BATMAN! I have been waiting to talk to you guys about this issue, because the first one was just so good. We only have one more issue left after this and it sucks, but less is more. The creative team for this book has done an amazing job, the vision for a Batman miniseries like this always reminds me why I love comics so much. And I hope it does the same for you. Your story?
So...are you Dan Jurgens, or Mike Perkins or Mike Spicer?
Man I’m glad I’m not the only one who loves Golden Age Batman’s look. There’s an excellent cosplay of it I’ve found online that legit is unnerving to look at.
Where can I find it?
lol I need to see it
Can You Link It?

DC just being pitty here. Y'all remember that in a few years the copyright on 30s Batman runs out? They make this run to keep it while not having it
Dude, who CARES?
I love 1939 batsuit
The voltage on the electric chair is probably lowered so as not to kill the goons so the warden can sell fried goons.
Yes Batman use guns even in Dark knight, in Battle for the Cowl, in the Cult, in Flashpoint. Ever what is necesary.
Which Dark Knight?. Those ain't Bruce, they were jason and Thomas Wayne respectively. In The Cult they were gum bullets
Golden age Batman used guns before
Yeah, only for his first year on publication
Great writing/artwork!!! I've been enjoying this.
I hope they add some elements of this in Batman The Cape Crusader coming out. This is one of the best batman comics coming out of 2024.
i also seem to remember golden age batman with a sword
Fire as always bro 🔥
LETS GOOOOOOOOO
Honestly i Hope this Comic became the First Episode of Batman: Caped Crusader!
That was dohhhhpe.. thanks for sharing 😊
I hope to see the mad monk
What a cool story, Hope we get more
Batman without alfred seems pretty interesting
9:19 that pose is almost exactly the same as Steve Mcnivens drawing of Cap throwing his shield
I have a theory that the rabbi is this universe’s Alfred pennyworth
Ew
Stopped reading after the first issue. Why?
The Rabbi.
I'm trying to escape the world's problems by reading comics. If I wanted the newspapers, I'd have read a newspaper.
You're reading a book set in the 1930s how did you not expect anything like this?
@@kwayneboy1524 I expected gangsters, not lessons on antisemitism.
Exactly, we don't need forced PSAs in a batman comic
@@jojo6028 you didn't expect antisemitism in WW2 Gotham City? In a universe were most of the heroes around this time did deal with stuff like this you didn't expect a comic set in the 30s to bring up junk like this because why?
Like I just don't get this expectations because ya kinda gotta expect they would when they did similar stuff in their period pieces heck even fan made content like Gotham 1919 do the same.
@@BruceWayne-ww2ey I mean many DC comic books set in different eras of history did stuff like this.
DC New Frontier referenced politics like the cold war, the Korean War and The Klan and ect.
Superman Smashes the klan is practically deals with the klan and the aftermath of ww2.
DC has always done this with it's period pieces why would you expect any different now?
