I had a DM10 a while back, and it was great (even though it fell apart in a year, was a great stepping stone set), but this video shows me I am going to stick with Roland. Roland is a slam dunk
I got my set about a week ago. Any help on the cymbals? The triggering is absolutely terrible, stock at least. It goes from no sound to the max volume sample with very little effort. Hitting the edge of the crash cymbals triggers the bow instead. Any ideas?
i have the same problem... I just tilted my cymbal and strike the bow.. I like the max volume,, seemed to help me 99% more.. not the best solution.. but for me it works.. just can't stand the volume of some of the cymbals. That needs to be kicked up a lot. sometimes I don't even hear some of these cymbals in different kits. I got a few drumless tracks and when playing loud , the cymbals just get drowned out. Then some cymbals are turned up.. so really can't even set the volume controls on the module because from kit to kit.. you will be adjusting these all day.. I think is a downfall to the cymbal sounds..

have you tried adjusting the sensitivity knob on the 4th tom to see if that helps?
apparently tom 4 rim adjust from 4 default to 9 and it fix it
