*I bought these **enjoyable.fishing** recommend it’s for my friend to fish in. He said they are so comfortable.. He loves them. We ordered a size 13 and they fit him perfect. Great shoes*
Good stuff John, that's pretty cool catching live bait creekside and then catching fish on it, the Eco food chain at it's finest!!!! Thanks for sharing!!!!
that water is as clear as the creeks up here!🎣 I blew out my Simms this year seems I ran into a lot of barbed wire underwater dragged in there from downed trees from beavers and storms thinking just to buy the cheap ones and after 3-4 repairs just tossing them out and buying a new pair not spending $300+ on waders ever again!
@@andrewshuford I bought my Simms in January this year and they barely made the season my last video the outro was me wringing the water out of my socks LOL
@@venp4353 I won't buy any more cheap waders from China myself, I was sent a pair from one of those amazon ads this past summer and they lasted my wife 1.5 months and all the stitching in one foot came out so she got a replacement pair and the neoprene socks made it one a month before they tore a hole in the wader socks I would rather buy from a reputable company then some company I have never heard of before
Hope you always do the videos your way not what other people want you to alway your way great scenery and most clear water always great videos because it is the way you want to do it great job
Love the videos! Thank goodness you don’t work a 9-5 anymore. I can’t wait for the videos. I’m living in North Ga. but from South East NC. Great Bass and Redfish and Trout (sea) fishing.
I love the use of crawdads. My dad once told me using crawdads was a waste of time. That is until I caught a 3 pound largemouth bass with one. I got to tell you, the look on Dad's face was priceless. My younger brother and I laughed so hard we had tears in our eyes. Of course, we didn't laugh at his expression to his face. He was an 'old school german'.
We have a slight cover of ice on a couple of the lakes around us. We knew a guy who was tall and had big feet. He used to stay at our house on the weekends. That's when my husband was in the Navy. He wore a size 15 shoe. Had to get his dress shoes for his uniforms ordered specialty. He was watching tv with my kids and one of them jumped up to go get a snack during the commercial and tripped over one of his shoes by the end of the sofa. He joked at her that she should have been able to see his big shoes. My son said yeah those gopher stompers are big enough to turn over and land planes on. My husband was stationed in an Aircraft Carrier at the time. lol. Happy fishing. 😂
If you are planning on winter creek fishing I highly recommend neoprene waders. The cold water will suck the heat out of your body with those lightweight 3 season waders.
Maybe one day I’ll get the chance to be able to fish with you. I stay in middle Tennessee and haven’t fished much around here since I’ve moved up. I fished in north Georgia all the time before I moved up here. Love the videos . Always enjoy watching them.
I've watched your videos for a while now and I subscribed to your Chanel. I love watching you catch fish, I especially like it when your going ultralight! I live in a small town between Nashville and Chattanooga called South Pittsburg. I'm near Nickajack Lake. I know you love to fish creeks and I've seen your videos and the scenery looks familiar but I can't pin point the location. I know a fisherman doesn't want to give away his good spots, but can you point in a good direction for some spots near me!
Hey John, Good video! I received my Creek Fishing Adventures t-shirt from Tee Spring last week. It looks great, screen printed, medium weight t-shirt. I really like it, may order another one.
Fishing has been tough the last day or two here in Ohio but im hitting a new creek today so hopefully I can catch something! Those waders look comfortable!
You had mentioned wanting to get some good cat fishing in while fishing for the Bow fin video, a great spot for all catfish specie is at Danville Tn under an old turn style bridge and they also have a old flour mill that is submerged in the middle of the lake and you can catch stripper all day long off the top decks of the building. That in itself is worth looking into.
Hey go to mammoth cave national park. There is a Muskie fishing area at Denison’s ferry. There is a cave that u can paddle in and there is a rocky island not to far from there or the first rocky beach you see. Between the cave and the rocky beach you can fish for Muskies. Best time is an hour after lunch and it should be in the fall. For best fishing
Just hut the subscribe button. First off i wanna say thank you, second i love the intro when the beat drops, and third your pretty good at explaining how you do things and what your fishing set up is. I personally use my time on youtube to learn and get tired of watching other people just fish. So if you could one tip that would help me out is just make it dummy proof like very dummy proof and if you can do more how tos. Preciate mane!
I don’t know how cold the water gets down your way in the winter time, but here in Pennsylvania we where thermal underwear and sweatpants underneath our waders. Oh, and a good pair of heavy wool socks doesn’t hurt neither.
Also, when I go to the Smokies to fly fish, I usually wade wet with my wading boots - I've never really used full chest waders....80% of the time, they would be overkill and too hot. I do have hippers, but I hate wearing them unless it's just too cold to do otherwise - very cumbersome to hike in for any appreciable distance. Down here, it's just old sneakers.
Same thing happened to me this weekend; it was warm and overcast, and I thought the fish would be turned on - instead, I had to scratch for 2 little bream. No sign of bass.
I have been told to hook hellgremites under the collar. Slip the hook from the front of the collar to the back of the collar. I get the YUM polarized glasses at WalMart. 5 bucks.
This is a creek i was saying how bass tuck themselves inside the bank for cover and to ambush...you could latch on to a monster in here, fish it hard but be safe...sone areas look like quick sand and looks like the banks are weak and will fall

Your creek wading videos are my favorite. Because of you my favorite type of fishing is wade fishing for bass. There’s just nothing else like it
Another enjoyable video. Thanks John. Even though some days the catching is slow. Any day fishing is a good day.
Always amazed how you boys can catch fish out of bath water like that! So clear! Another beautiful creek!

Neygu waders from Amazon. Got them yesterday cameo style and it's pretty thick, neoprene waders. It's $101 cad. Cheap for good quality.

That water looks fantastic!!! Thanks for the video truly enjoyed it.!!!
Great videos.love the creek fishing
Man that area is beautiful. I'd love to fish that.
They want soft craws, your at the high class fish hole today!! lol They do slow down when the water gets colder.
The water is so pretty & clear. Like all your new gear. Tomorrows a new day...🐟 on
Thanks for info on the waders I'm looking for a pair for springtime
All your videos look like a lot of fun
I've been thinking about getting waders myself! I miss my creek fishing during the winter. Great video man!!

Nice I got some new ones too. I should have wore them today but it was 70 degrees out. The water wasn't. Lol
Did you see that second fish follow up behind the one you caught at 5:20?
John, tell Piscifun they need to make their waders camo patterns.
Need to do more trout fishing when its cold!
If ever in central Virginia region look me up, will show you some VA Trout streams
You should definitely do some flyfishing I would love to watch those
Man with size 15's you could slip those wading boots off and leave tracks that would mess up some minds. Beautiful place. Enjoyed. Ordering a hoodie.

You know any good small mouth or trout spots in Oklahoma

Please do it
I can feel it too !
I find tons of crawdads in old bottles and cans.
Enjoyed the video👍
John, did you say size 15 foot? That is big even for a guy 6'4".
Bought some Zaza Nikko Helgramites hoping to try them this week

Those waders are sure different than my duck hunting waders.
Cool video bud. There are for sure days that it doesn't matter what you throw, they ain't biting. But fishing is still better than working. LOL
Keep up the good work
Nice spots and rockbass
You already know what im going to say bro.🔥 video.. Loving the content
0:37. John, two Hellgrammites?
do you mean 1:37?
1:37 *
Did anyone else notice the larger bass come up to follow the bass Jon caught at 5:21

Bass bite has been rough up here in Indy but the catfish has been on
Live bait, always does the trick!
I’m picking a pair up before next spring.
What is the hook size you’re using? And the type of bait?

Went out today. Couldn't get anything on hellgrammite or trout magnet but got a few on a 3" white keitech
I didn't get to fish much at all this year. So disappointed but I don't like going alone (as a woman) and my son hasn't gone much this year.
Allways need a buddy a your side. Especially when it comes to fishing. To me its only half the fun, if you are fishing alone. Greets from germany.
@@robertjanko6709 yes, you need someone to take pictures, right?

Exactly
On days like it you might try square bill to get a reaction bite Sometimes when they don’t have long to look at it it helps
Our creeks are pretty dang cold over here in North Arkansas only fished a few times lately but the bass have been biting its just slow
there ya go, get some crawfish
Wait how do you tell the difference between largemouth and spotted bass
Try a weightless zoom speed craw on some of those finicky ones
Alright, John. What's the going rate for CFA guide services?!?! Haha. Im not catching much here near Vonore/Blount/Maryville. Trying my damndest, too.
I’ve had the same experience with finicky bass in clear water. I thought they should be aggressive feeding before winter, but really spooky. Sycamore?
yeah
I would love to know the names of some of the rivers you fish for smallmouth and spotted bass
May want to try taking the claws off the crawfish and hook the hellgrammite under the collar behind the head.

Do you have any plans to come fish in Cumberland County soon?
Low and slow when the water is cold and yes bait usually is better then
Wow good
