Peter thought he had no personality and Jan thought she had no talent. I love Jan's enthusiasm when this clip first starts. And she looks gorgeous too.

When I was in college Eve came into a store I was working at. I didn't say a word about the Brady Bunch, but just said I admired her work. She was a lovely person. Definitely one of the kindest celebrities I have met.
Is it just me, or really the one with the problem is… everyone else? Except for Jan being careless by knocking into the kitchen island. Jan had much of a right to practice in the bathroom as Greg practicing guitar in his attic bedroom. Despite what Bobby and Cindy said, didn’t seem like she was practicing late at night. And I doubt she really caused tremors to knock that trinket off the wall (breaking over carpet??). With all that said, she looks really cute as a drum majorette! And I bet she’d be good at it at that.
Perhaps Jan should have gone to Mr. Haskill's ice cream parlour a lot sooner. That was about the only thing that she ever did better than any of her other siblings.
Jan was actually talented in Art. Later in that episode, she tried out for the school play and flubbed her lines. She didn't get the role, but the school's art teacher noticed her painting and encouraged her to try art classes. Jan later became an architect in the Brady Girls Get Married/Brady Brides. In real life, Eve Plumb paints and has had her artwork shown at exhibits.
The whole premise of this episode is silly! All three girls had been taking ballet lessons since the first season and now suddenly Jan no longer knows how?! Haha!
Excellent of you to remember that! Like many TV sitcoms, there are a few "continuation errors" in The Brady Bunch. I came across one in the episode where Jan has an allergy. Carol refers to speaking to her doctor and refers to him as "he". However, in a later episode where the Bradys are trying to decide between the two physicians when the kids all have measles, the girls' longtime doctor was a female (Dr. Porter).
@@Lava1964 Writing was kinda lazy. I never liked how they never referenced anything from previous episodes. When the girls talked about gluing the knickknack back together that would have been a great time to reference the vase they tried to glue back together. Something like "well that didn't work that time with mom vase". Also it was never raining on the show, never cold except that time the youngest tried to beat the titter totter record. Never abnormally hot where everyone had shorts on.
@@billybassman21well, they were living in Southern California, after all! Haha! Ummmmm, the garage? Or the driveway when the car wasn't there? They practiced their dances in the garage when they were trying to keep it a secret so why couldn't Jan practice her tap dancing in there?
What a farce this series was. The Perfect Little Family and all the dirty secrets about it's production, including Greg Brady having a "thing" for Florence Henderson. How sweet lunches being made for us.
Don't they have a basement she can practice in? That is what I used to do. I love Jan's outfit in the first part of the clip, I would wear that shirt. She really has beautiful hair.

Jan should practice out in the garage where she’s not distracting anyone. Or try practicing without the shoes (that’s what I did when I took dance class back then and I had to practice my tap routines).
The actor who played Peter (Christopher Knight) found that out around this time when I heard that they were caught by the police in the bed of a truck either having sex or about to have sex.
