Seagulls desperately trying to land are blown away - I gabbiani tentano disperatamente di atterrare

One might think that seagulls should be pretty used to wind, even strong ones, but New Zealand is truly a world apart when it comes to weather.
I was walking along the Onerahi seafront when I noticed these two seagulls trying to land on a lamppost where a third was perched.
All three were blown away by a particularly strong gust, but as I watched curiously they charged back and one made it to land.
I wonder if it was the same one that was there before. I guess we'll never know.

Viene da pensare che i gabbiani dovrebbero essere abbastanza abituati al vento, anche forte, ma la Nuova Zelanda è davvero un mondo a parte quando si tratta di tempo atmosferico.
Stavo camminando sul lungomare di #onerahi quando ho notato questi due gabbiani che tentavano di atterrare su un lampione dove un terzo stava appollaiato.
Tutti e tre sono stati spazzati via da una folata particolarmente forte, ma mentre guardavo incuriosita sono tornati alla carica e uno ce l'ha fatta ad atterrare.
Mi chiedo se fosse lo stesso che ci stava prima. Immagino che non lo sapremo mai.
