Shanghai, visiting the Bund - Shanghai, una visita a the Bund

n Shanghai fo un unexpected stop during an international travel, I went to visit the Bund.
It was a day of light rain. So there was plenty of space to walk and snap photos without having to fight with the crowd. Lucky me.
The Huangpu River is truly immense and the Shanghai skyline is impressive (even if I don't like the Pearl at all).
One thing that struck me a lot was that there were two police boats stationed in front of the shore, without ever going away, as if they were afraid that someone would jump into the water, or something like that. It seemed very strange to me, who knows if one day someone will explain to me why.
If any Chinese were to see this video and could give me an explanation I would be very grateful, it really intrigued me.

A Shanghai, per una tappa inasttesa durante un viaggio internazionale, sono andata a visitare il Bund.
Era una giornata di pioggia leggera. Quindi c'era molto spazio per camminare e scattare foto senza dover combattere con la folla. Fortunata me.
Il fiume Huangpu è davvero immenso e lo skyline di Shanghai è impressionante (anche se la Perla non mi piace per niente).
Una cosa che mi ha colpito molto è che c'erano due imbarcazioni della polizia che stazionavano davanti alla riva, senza mai andare via, come se avessero paura che qualcuno si buttasse in acqua, o qualcosa del genere. Mi è sembrato molto strano, chissà se un giorno qualcuno mi spiegherà perchè.
Se qualche cinese dovesse vedere questo video e potesse darmi una spiegazione gliene sarei molto grata, mi ha veramente incuriosito.
