  • If you love running or are very active, this is the perfect sequence for you. This 30 minute yoga session primarily stretches the backs of the legs (hamstrings) and opens the lower back and hips. Have fun with this class for more mobility, flexibility and relaxation!

    Yin Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that aids in stress reduction, tension relief, and relaxation while also improving flexibility. Props are incorporated as needed to find your shape and your “edge.” “Your edge” refers to the beginning point in each pose where you begin to feel a stretch in the target muscles. Longer holding periods gives us an opportunity to go deeper into the stretch, reaching the deep connective tissues.
