  • WE MOVED! Here is what I ate over two days whilst moving from north brisbane to the gold coast. Hope this inspires you to make better choices around food when life is chaotic. More WIEIAD videos to come xx
    DAY 1
    Breakfast - Frozen coyo bowl
    -180g coconut yoghurt
    -40g true protein powder (link below to save $)
    -1/3 cup blueberries
    - handful of almonds
    - 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
    -20g natural peanut butter
    Mix yoghurt & protein together until protein is fully combined. Stir in blueberries, almonds and hemp seeds and then swirl in peanut butter. Freeze overnight. Microwave for 50 seconds before serving.
    Lunch - beef burger

    Dinner - GYG Chicken burrito bowl, sub cheese for chimi mex mayo, add avo, add jalepenos
    DAY 2
    Breakfast - smashed avo with 3 poached eggs
    Lunch - Protein Smoothie
    200ml coconut milk
    100ml filtered water
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1 frozen banana
    1.5 servings of True protein
    2 tsp cacao powder
    1 cup spinach leaves
    Dinner - Chipotle beef bowl
