Definitely there's a huge gulf between Europe and the US now. It grows and grows. How shiny can things get? It's funny that the Gold PP is the most tasteful thing on the show. The Skydweller is a very in your face watch. And the Jacob & Co collaboration!!! FaD!!!

One thing I think gets forgotten when talking about the Jacob 5 time zone is the cultural significance and it's place in Hip Hop history. You guys touched on it a little, but as someone who is extremely passionate about Hip Hop and watches I do own one in my collection for nothing more than the nostalgia factor. I actually own one with a MOP diamond dial that really takes away from the tacky multi color look most people think of when discussing this watch. Yes I get that it's an expensive quartz and very big, but it's a fun watch and brings me back to being younger wishing I could have one and I paid a fraction of the MSRP. I honestly look at it more as a piece of jewelry rather than a watch.

One of my first bigger watch purchases although it’s small is gunna be one of the Jacob 5 time zone with a blue alligator strap. I’m surprised the supreme is so much more. I’m gunna be picking up the original for around 3000 I’m gunna do some negotiating but always have loved that watch and speaks to me for the generation I grew up in can’t wait to get it
my watch taste runs more conservatively......I just don't get the jacob &co and the richard mille hype. I think they are hideous!

Great vid Gents, one small comment: you cannot use a helicopter to go to the Everest.
In my view as long as the Federal Bank is injecting cheap money in the economy we will continue to see the price of watches going up.
As soon as the interest rates will go up, you will see prices stabilise.
