I definitely agree with Jordan on adding more of the “UA-cam”style content. A lot of people are watching for the negotiation side of the watch industry. I loved when you sent David, Kevin, Peter, etc… into a shop with a 15k budget and they had to find things and negotiate them to a good price and then after you had Adrian look over all of the purchased watches and judged them and he gave his two cents on what he would have paid etc was a great addition to the video probably my favorite part of any video. Something like that every month might be a great move for the content side of the channel.
Grey market dealers on UA-cam have figured out that drama and scammers get the most views. That’s why it seems like there’s a lot of drama on luxury watch dealers on UA-cam lately.
I agree. Grey market quality controls on authentication are inherently scary, and these quick over the counter negotiations don’t instill a lot of confidence
@@caseyjonesbklyn5796 totally agree, when things are moving so fast at what point do they slow down and make sure what is being passed on to the end consumer is correct, I'm sure they must, I've just never seen that is any of their videos.
It’s great to have UA-cam and video for people like this because there are a lot of dishonest people in this world that do shit like this and think that threatening you with BS online negative reviews will make you bend to their will.
I know it's a little late, but it would be cool to see your sales team doing challenges, like making them flip watches up in price to a certain goal. It could also be a competition between your sales team on who could do it fastest. It would also be very educational for the audience to see the strategies the different people use and what watches the go for.
Cannot believe I have been watching you guys for almost three years now. What’s on my desk was amazing. Whiskey and watches was really cool. Loved the direct conversation about watches. Over the years of watching have learnt a lot about watches. Took good advise of “ trust me buy this watch now it will go up.” And watching it now still get great advise. I love the podcast that is set everyday it is done so well with great topics. I have even bought watches seeing Marco as part of the group. Watching you guys on you tube also trust to form and a bond and can always feel like I will not be fooled. This episode had jewelry and knowledge about it. Was great to see those pieces. I know most guys are not into jewelry but my wife and I are and to see those pieces were great. Look into starting a seperate channel just for the jewelry, once I get to know more I am sure I will buy from you guys. What I live is watch knowledge and seeing crazy pieces. I loved the episodes about hiring the new sales team was cool and kept me watching. I think stable shows and not being irrational and irratatic with constant changes is not something good. Acting a fool like Nico might get you more you tube hits but now sure I would ever buy a watch from him.
Should definitely do a what’s on your wrist around the office every episode from everybody. And do some more jewelry sales and stories with clients. But otherwise great channel and great information about everything from watches to jewelry to owning a business keep grinding keep the channel flowing‼️🗣🫡
The best part of the video is the honesty of the guy’s monthly sales, this could be a little troublesome for the gray market yesterday I walked into a South Florida Rolex Store which was packed with customers picking up watches and the rest putting there names in the system
There will always be a secondary market and that market fluctuates with ad sales, these guys at LB will always be good they buy and sell with the market. I.E, if it goes up or down they still make the 5-15% per piece. If it’s down they buy cheaper and sell cheaper if it’s high they buy high and sell higher. It’s all relative for them, rolex still can’t keep up with demand and lots of customers prefer preowned. AP can’t keep up with the demand even more than rolex and AP makes up a huge part of the business they do.
Look at Alex 😱 so much more confidence like he’s the boss lol, dude 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 as with all. I started watching , in pre-Covid 2019. So impressed where all have come ! Great management 👍🏻 And sales.
Hello Mr. Sharf this situation is unbelievable I feel that since you have mentioned many times on your channel that you don’t back out of a deal people are trying to take advantage of the fact that you are a man of your word which is truly unbelievable.
Love this format! Dont change it Maybe do another weekly video o biweekly on a challenge or more UA-cam hype type. Another thing i would love is when someone talk about a watch only saying the reference number, it would help showing a picture of the watch

Updates with the new guys from the hiring series. That’s what brought me to the channel and that series was amazing. The house tours and such don’t do a lot for me
I like the idea the "flip up the line" start with something cheap and go up the line to more expensive. Honestly Peters restortation of that Rolex was a thing of beauty and I never thought that thing would come back from the fire. Something like that is amazing
Instead of challenges, more reviews of lesser known brands would be great. The challenge thing has been done endlessly. Unboxings would be great, you said you guys buy $2 - $3million a week, I'd love to see more of the actual watches. As a guy that's into jewelry (thank you Michael Blakey) there's no one really who reviews pieces men can wear outside of the rap scene like what icebox does. A quick lesson on things like tennis chains, line necklaces and diamond bracelets for men.
If you're into mens jewelry I would check out Good Art Hollywood, Sylvester Stallone even wears their stuff. Great guys behind the brand aswell, I have no affiliation other than being a big fan myself.
If you watch the luxury bazaar UA-cam channel there are a lot of 15-20min unboxing videos on there. I don't know why they just don't combine the two channels.
Yea same like I've mentioned before have a video starting from A to Z where u get a customer call for a specific watch that you don't have show yourself finding it for a certain price then letting know the customer what u are Able to source it for then you wrapping it up once you receive it to either meet that person or to send it out , that type of thing is what would make it interesting cause it's like the back and forth of you trying to source it for that right number and letting the customer know then seeing if there ok with that number and so forth .
Things we want to see! 1. Grey market goes out on the town 2. Get Miami going! 3. Get the old guys on video more- they are comedy. 4. Start grey market events at the PA headquarters ( maybe a grey market membership could exist?)

Huge fan! Loved watching you grow over the years! You’ve truly been a huge influence into My true love of watches and the history behind them! I do think that maybe some watch checks around the office to see what everyone is wearing and or good sales or buys. In the long term I like this guy of flipping a watch into 100k! Hope to still be watching and or working for you by the time the business hits that 300mil!!
keep doing what you're doing, I started watching last season and it made me want to start from the first video you uploaded. the growth has been awesome to see, it's been awesome to see your team grow with you and the channel. love y'all, looking forward to more.
Seems like there's a lot of drama and negativity in the Grey Market watch industry this year. Not just this channel but all of the main watch market channels.
As a young fan of the show and someone who loves watches I think a staff “watch check” segment would be dope for each episode. Sort of like a “fit check”. The staff just shows off what Watch they’re rocking for the day. Then it can be cut to like a 30sec shorts vid too.
unlike the removed video from Grand Calibers UA-cam channel this week, this was a righteous and fair way of treating the customer - 🙏 👏🏻 Although not a perfectly comparable situation, commendable you offered $500 to the customer for the issue Grand Caliber should take some notes …
they posted a video within the last 48 hours where a salesperson posted a watch for $34k instead of $43k - a customer wanted to buy the watch and got very upset when Grand Caliber said they would not fulfill the marketed price ~1 hour after posting the video, there were 100+ comments stating that they should have honored the price Grand Caliber took the video down very quickly
@@briefhumanhistory I would personally say those comments were wrong. Of course people want the price honoured but every shop has the right to refuse. Happens in big stores all the time when they've labelled something wrong. That's no where near the level of drama I was expecting given other videos on UA-cam recently, thought it was going to be another big scam! 😂 Shame they felt they had to take the video down
Jordan was on point with his opinion on your channel. Your content are really getting better. I think people really enjoy watching challenges, you should maybe lean towards a little challenge segment. It should be as much educative as it is entertaining. Maybe a type of challenge that would teach newcomers to flip a watch : « the first to flip from an Omega to a datejust » type video. That could lead to new customers wanting to flip their first watch and using LB as their retailer.
Everyone should give a quick wrist check (with a quick explanation as to why they’re wearing that specific watch that day?), since you’re able to wear different watches every day and it’s nice to see them being worn rather than in a box or just shown to the camera..? Another great video again 👍
There is plenty of watches to see and feel . It will make you look for a reason to wear a full service, new seals, oiled perfectly. It's all it needs to be. Neal Apollo Beach Florida
This is a bit of a strange situation. If Adrian really believed that it was a unique or special Royal Oak with a teal dial, then the real price would have been far more than 10k over the price of a standard piece. What was really going on here?
Obviously he gave a tentative offer based on preliminary review. On further review he downgraded his opinion and thus his offer. What is confusing about this? The potential seller also seems to be setting up a “detrimental reliance” case but he clearly doesn’t meet the standard for that claim as their is no intent to deceive by the buyer.
Same thing with that guy acouple months ago with the fluted bezel Rolex. They say they don’t know what they are. But u got the serial numbers on the watches. Crazy
The long form videos could have a side story along with what you are doing now. Sometimes I switch off mentally as the watches that are mentioned by serial number is not shown. Everytime a mention of a watch you could flash an image up to keep the viewer interested. Fakes, drama, goal setting is a massive entertainer but could get stale after a while but could fill a years worth of videos easier. Also meeting clients collection and deals are a good (pardon the pun) WATCH. Another thing which would be helpful is to interview your workers individually not necessarily about their watches but get to know their other interests, what got them in watches, how they became a dealer, what music they like etc. I have loads of ideas..Keep up the good work ✌️❤️
Within 24hrs I’ve seen three different grey market dealers been used to gain clout from others! I think a few dealers out there have a bit of green eye because the UA-cam guys are really moving stock. Giving shitty reviews because sales don’t go you’re way is a low end way of trying to gain clout of someone else’s hard work…..
VIDEO IDEAS Make a video on what watch collection famous movie characters would have I.e Batman, Scarface, Tony Stark, Mike Lowrey Each team member give us a breakdown of a watch configuration/design/etc they want to see a company release. Nicest/ugliest list of popular brand model lines (Daytonas, Royal oak, subs etc etc ) Hardest watches to source or find. “ If I could only pick 5 watches” type video “ top 5 best *insert brand* releases ever “
forget about the watches for a day I see the Daniel Defense stickers on your safe and i know you probably have some cool firearms do a video or segment on your guns! that’d be pretty cool
The shoes Marco has shown are nice.. If you are 50+ and live in Palm Springs 😄 And what would the business be without the headaches and drama? 🥴 Well handled
I like that you foucs on the business and not the youtube. I make my 8 yr old watch this show so he can learn about business. I would love to keep seeing more about how you run and grow business.
Anthony from Time peace, gentlemen did a video of getting a watch and selling it and just use that money to get more watches and to expand into more money maybe that would be kind of cool to show like as if you were starting out from scratch with one watch trying to see how you started with the watches
Love the show I guess another thing you could do to add some revenue is make a book or course on how to flip watches 101 or for beginners or something like that
Do you guys coordinate content with other watch UA-camrs? Everyone gets a fake Rolex, everyone gets scammed, everyone get confronted At The Same Time?!
When a scammer comes they try to hit everyone at the same time. It’s like a person having fake money, they go and hit a bunch of places on the same road.
Original subscriber here. When are we going to get a tour of the gizmos and gadgets in Romans office? Been asking for ages and just got a small taste today
I love this channel, I would like to see more in depth explanations on in house movements. Things are are affordable grails like omega 712- 715 caliber movements. Breakdowns on how much servicing costs in time and dollars. Working with authorized dealers vs non authorized service shops. I would like to see frankenwatches get exposed and the drama side of the watch world. Where you maybe get authentic movements and a replica case and vice versa. Legitimatize your name and brand by showing how you have experienced experts who analyze every part of the watch and how they do it. Drama sells
This should be handled by in house legal team. A relationship where a bad review is threatened is rather ungentlemanly. The guy was just waffling by ignoring what he had written.
Weekly recommendations of watches to buy at different price points would be sick. Like $1000 and under this watch - $3000-5000 recommendations, $7500-10000 etc.
I definitely agree with Jordan on adding more of the “UA-cam”style content. A lot of people are watching for the negotiation side of the watch industry. Nicest/ugliest list of popular brand model lines (Daytonas, Royal oak, subs etc etc )
Hardest watches to source or find.
“ If I could only pick 5 watches” type video
“ top 5 best *insert brand* releases ever “
forget about the watches for a day I see the Daniel Defense stickers on your safe and i know you probably have some cool firearms do a video or segment on your guns! that’d be pretty cool
we already love this content
The shoes Marco has shown are nice.. If you are 50+ and live in Palm Springs 😄 And what would the business be without the headaches and drama? 🥴 Well handled
shout out to Alex for the dab pen at work. No wonder mans is so relaxed lol
Hahahaha I appreciate that but I do not do any narcotics I swear against them highly
Love the show I guess another thing you could do to add some revenue is make a book or course on how to flip watches 101 or for beginners or something like that
banger as always
Love the Braveheart addition 😂
Do you guys coordinate content with other watch UA-camrs? Everyone gets a fake Rolex, everyone gets scammed, everyone get confronted At The Same Time?!
When a scammer comes they try to hit everyone at the same time. It’s like a person having fake money, they go and hit a bunch of places on the same road.
I myself like it when u educate us on watches.
Original subscriber here. When are we going to get a tour of the gizmos and gadgets in Romans office? Been asking for ages and just got a small taste today
👏🏿👏🏿Not our Problem, Adrian's stone cold.
His on the money about video ideas 💡🔥🔥🔥
Have talent money will come experience will pay don’t work hard work smarter
Dude are you that gullible? It's all fake. PA requires by law that both parties agree to be recorded...
@@Chris-es3wf very well.
Weekly recommendations of watches to buy at different price points would be sick. Like $1000 and under this watch - $3000-5000 recommendations, $7500-10000 etc.
Longer content. Back when the Grey Market started, the videos were longer. I enjoy the longer videos.
