Ingredients:
1 kg. Boneless Chicken Thighs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup Sun dried Tomatoes in a jar
1/4 cup oil from Sun dried
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Double Cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
