For a quick, cheap option i love freezing clearance plain greek yogurt and bananas /clearance ripe fruits in general. I mix 1 teaspoon of good quality nut butter...such as hazelnut spread (from reputable brand, i shop sales). 1 cup rainwater or Springwater. Blend fresh before drinking. It's fast, cheap, sweet, high protein and creamy. I find it filling.
Two things. You mentioned chia seeds so what about flaxseed? And can you do this list for lunch/dinner foods, like salad, baked potatoes, steak, chicken, fish, etc. Also one for sides/snacks like all fruit, salsa n chips, dark chocolate, etc. And maybe milk, unsweetened ice tea, etc. I have my diet broken down into these groups. Lunch/breakfast, dinner, and snacks/sides.
Thanks for the advice Lisa, unfortunately out of the 10+ different types of bread, none of them are Soy free. So I don’t eat bread. But there are plenty of other things to choose from.
I’m hungry now too😂 I really like to drink unsweetened dark chocolate hot chocolate with no added sugars can it go up there on the list next to the coffee 😊
If you're speaking from a health standpoint, how can you put smoothies in the c, but toast in the s tier?? This is objectively wrong. I love toast too, but it really doesn't carry a lot of nutrients
Lisa goes in the S tier. She has brains, beauty, and she put smoothies in C tirer.
Thank you! Im just sitting in a crane trying to figure out what to give my son for breakfast when i get home at 730am. 😂😅
I appreciate you!

probably tea. Tea goes with everything that was mentioned. also acts as refreshment to the body before you go out.

I'm wondering if berries lose their nutrients if mixed with yogurt, and if I need to wait 2 hrs after breakfast to eat the berries?
What kind of milk or creamer is best for the coffee?
The problem is there are so many foods that can go into different groups.
What about protein shake?
