I'm glad to see you are doing better, I have 3 Casiag toy machines from various times: 1 has the box and the manual. They are delightful, I also have an Essex chain stitch machine. I enjoy them.
Good on you for moving stuff into warehousing. When things take up that much space, it becomes overwhelming and starts effecting one’s mental health. So yes, a very good decision for you both. Hopefully a full recovery comes soon. Nothing worse than a lingering cough.
Sounds like a sensible move to have more space for machines, and more room to move in at home, but that's alot of heavy lifting. Sorry to hear you've been ill but glad you're not in ICU which I was almost at the point of picturing. Hope the cough runs out of steam soon, keep warm and drink lots of (whisky) fluids and get well, we miss you! Hugs and light sent your way, cheers. Love the minis! Have to say I've done the opposite and found a Hulk (42-5)
So happy to hear that you are the way up to getting better. Also in getting your house and machines organized which is a daunting feat!! But the end result will be great and that too will make you feel better!!
Good to hear from you and Liz Bob … glad all is good with you both. Sorry you have been not feeling under the weather . Praying for you and please keep safe!! 🙏🧵
Thank you for posting the update. I was worried, too. So good to know you are okay! Stay on the upside of your man-cold. Great find on the toy machines! Take care.
It's so good to hear your voice again - I don't care what octave it is! It's horrible that you've been sick, though - and you really don't sound better yet, Bob. I started steeling myself for bad news the moment I heard your voice. I'd rather hoped you and Liz had decided to take a well-earned break but thought if we hear nothing from you by March I'll send out a search party! I can see from the other comments that I'm not the only one thinking we're happy to wait a bit longer for your next video so you can just relax and take your time, guilt-free, to recover properly. The last thing anyone wants is a relapse of Gonnorherpesyphilitis horribilis, regardless of what it's common name is. Here's wishing you a speedy recovery - and a good night's sleep. 🙂 p.s. Lovely little machines you have there - and I pronounce 'Casige' the same way you do. Here in New Zealand someone was selling one just a week or so ago that has the bed stamped like yours - but the decal on the front says 'Singer'. It is similar to yours but mounted in a wooden base. I'd be curious to hear if anyone knows how it got to have 'Singer' on it when it is so clearly a Casige machine.
Tons of sympathy Bob, for both your man-cold and all the excessive machines. I have all my 70 Singers in the living room and 2nd (tiny) bedroom of my mobile home and no place to store them elsewhere. I need to sell almost everything but I don't even have room to take pictures. Best of luck getting over the cough and being better soon!
Dude--gotta stop licking those doorknobs. What wonderful finds of wee machines! Glad to see you upright and on the mend. Slow down, rest, and take care of yourselves! We'll wait.
Sorry to hear you have the GonoHerpeSyphilitis, but glad to see you're on the mend. The toy machines are charming! I have one from my grandmothers childhood - similar colour decals to the Casige - stamped with German (?) No.5. She's a little rough but she sews! The GonoHerpeSyphilitis got my husband about two weeks ago and I'm near ready to divorce him over his coughing and my lack of sleep! He belongs to the champions of "I'll sweat it out" and as a Registered Nurse who has a medicine cabinet to rival a chemist, he's driving me crazy!!! I'm retreating to my sewing room to enjoy some peace and quiet - I may even nap lol!
I knew there was a good reason you were MIA. Sooooooo good to see you again.😷🤧 Sorry you were so sick. Glad to see you are on the mend along with your house space. But do take it easy and don't over work yourself. As you can see we are still here and we will wait. Your new toys are adorable !!! What great finds. Hope to see them after you clean them.
Oh my. Glad to hear you are doing better. I, too, was wondering if you were okay. Continued prayers. P.S. I love the little machine collection. I only have one right now. It is a Mueller. No.5. But I am searching always for the next machine I can "sneak" into my home. lol Thanks Bob. Speedy recovery.
Love the vintage mini machines. I have a great #20, table clamp, manual. and a need a repair for my Betsy Ross. I’ll be looking for a re mfg parts for Betsy. Hope you get recovered from the man flu! 🪡🧵✂️
Hey Bob, nice to see you back in the saddle. Pull back on those reins and you’ll be fine. You know what the Lone Ranger said just before getting off his horse. Whoa.
Lot of it about over this side of the pond too Bob - a couple of buddy's down with it currently. I've escaped, so far.. Take care, and I hope you have a speedy recovery.
My singer 20 is missing the spool pin. What type of pin does it take? Seems like it might be thinner than a full size machine pin. Glad you are a bit better, must have been a doozy of a cold to last that long! Feel better soon!
Glad to see you back
Thank you for the update!! I’ve been worried about you. Take care and get well soon, my friend!
Thank you!

So sorry your under the weather! Please take time to recover! We can wait!❤
Glad to hear you’re better, if not 100%
We can wait. Rest! Don’t push it and then have a relapse.
Looking forward to those beautiful little darlings!

Email me a pic, I'd love to see what you have. argosybob@gmail.com
Glad to know you’re ok!
Hope you feel better soon.
Glad to see that you are getting better brother.
I'm glad you are on the mend. I'm just getting over the same affliction plus pink eye in both eyes. Feel 100% soon!
Great to see you, keep getting better,😊 friend.

Pray you fully recover soon 🙏
I hope you feel better. The toy machines are beautiful.
household got the flu this year and it was BRUTAL.
I've had Covid twice, I've had a heart attack, I've even been shot, and this coughing is far worse than all of that...
get well! Give yourself a break, slow down, take a walk.
Hope you feel better real soon. I am sick 6 plus weeks now, so I know how you feel.
Did they test for Covid? I'm sorry to hear you are not well. Take care of yourself. Hello to Liz.
Multiple Covid tests, all negative.
I love the baby machines! I have one I got in my childhood, I think it is a #40? not sure.
My singer 20 is missing the spool pin. What type of pin does it take? Seems like it might be thinner than a full size machine pin. Glad you are a bit better, must have been a doozy of a cold to last that long! Feel better soon!
So, you don't wanna fix the Singer Stylist 534? that I mangled?
