someone get this man a Gibson and a marshall full stack, he deserves it
Lol, thanks for the kind words! I actually don't like playing electric guitar; when it's time to plug in I strangle the bass. :)
To this day my favourite Metallica tune.
My favourite also. But ride the lightning is my favourite album. Imagine this was on lightning haha would’ve been more thrashy tho I guess. Partly why it’s so heavy is cos it’s got the puppets sound
Why
@@KUPHSER well said, it really shows how they progressed as musicians. Ride the lightning is my favorite album too
LEGENDARY
I’m literally playing the same guitar right now and just randomly saw this video lol
This is an underrated classic thrash song in oldies, great work buddy, keep it up:))
holy shit man, nice cover!
Even on acoustic it sounds very heavy😂🤙🏼truly a masterpiece
There's so many ways you can play this bad ass ..4th finger& feather for crunch..roll the 3 fingers between y thumb& pinky..
The thing that should be
Very cool. I felt the chugga parts could've been slightly less palm muted. Great cover though.
It sounds like it does because he's using a resonator, they're not meant to be palm muted that way at all to begin with lol
Excellent! TYSM!
Nice Bro, you're amazing. Nice cover
Awesome dude
awesome cover!
Cool video
nice !
badass
Nice
What is this guitar?
It's a Gretsch Boxcar, a spider-bridge resonator guitar.
That’s wrong dude. You’re playing the E string in Drop D when it’s the whole guitar that needs to be tuned down step to D.
No it doesn’t. The whole song can be played in E. And also it’s not drop D, it’s D standard on the album
@@justinpower9691 alrighty then. Still wrong
@@fearfactorymark if it sounds right and he’s playing right in a different tuning it doesn’t really matter
While you are correct, this is still the right notes and riffs.
