After many years of winter camping, I can confirm that bringing extra cold weather clothing...even when 'glamping', is always a good idea. Very cozy set up. In a pretty setting. You are right though, when winter camping expect to be cold, at times. Part of the experience. The cure: Go for a brisk hike.
Merry Christmas keep the great videos coming. Thanks for all the work you both put in. I will never camp in the winter. I am more sun beach cruise tropics kind of person. You are both so brave.
orangeville at night looks super nice! But the glamping experience looks awesome what a spot and watching it here in Australia on a 30 degree day (Celsius to clarify, we dont use Fahrenheit here!) not mad on the outhouse but the location is hard to beat it looks so isolated but in a good way. sleeping in these conditions is really hard on the body yo cant get warm, and once you do suddenly you are TOO warm! great video guys Merry Christmas!
Its pronounced maa-no - really nice vid, if you want a less "tent" experience there is a place in Parry Sound called Log cabin Inn that has little cabins on a pond with big windows and a fireplace which are very cool. Good restaurant on site as well, was there in a snow storm and it was awesome
We heard it pronounced a few different ways while we were there, so we took a chance on this way since we heard it wasn't the same as the illness 🤣 the Log Cabin sounds great for a future trip.
Hope you enjoyed checking out the area with us! Would you winter glamp in a tent like this?
It looks like such a neat little tent. The wood stove would make it really cozy. What a fun night stay.
It was super unique and fun! Awesome area

Nice!
Chris grew up in Orangeville. It’s such a nice area and a great place to explore. We haven’t been to that brewery yet, it looked pretty good.
