For turbo in non-tactical mode you can do 2 fast clicks on the tail switch (half press then fully press) or (half press then half press and hold for momentary turbo). You can also do 2 clicks on the side switch while the flashlight is on for turbo. For strobe 3 click on the side switch when the flashlight is on. 2 clicks on the side switch while in strobe mode will let you cycle through the strobe - SOS - Signal this works whether in tactical mode or not.
I love the simplicity and tactical function of this sofirn, the momentary switch is perfect for using at work. I dressed mine with a tan Thyrm pocket clip and it looks bad ass!
On my person until I went through the scanner, then it was among my pocket contents through the magnetometer, no issues. It has traveled multiple times like this, no problems!
It didn't in my testing. Please understand that my test setup is a styrofoam cooler with a cheap light meter inside it. Not exactly ANSI spec. That said, the Nitecore P23i hit all of the claimed numbers in my testing, so that gives me some amount of faith in my test setup. I don't get too wound up about some of the lower cost lights like this one and their claims. If everything else is solid, I give them a bit of a pass. It is a different story when I'm testing $100+ lights.
@@graydogllc thank you for clearing that up!!! Have you by chance tested a Wurkkos TS22? I’m considering purchasing one. Smothered Chrome tested it in his rig and it seemed to be close to the advertised numbers.

They are an excellent light. I always recommend them to people when they don't want to spend crazy money but still get a good light.
Gotta get me one, and install the "GrayDog" mods. Way cool! Nice, informative and detailed video too...
Thanks sir! There are nicer lights out there if you want to spend more, but for a bargain light, this one doesn't suck!
Ummm did this guy just get a calculator out and x’s something by 1? Ok I thought so 😂😂😂
I never claimed to be a math whiz sir. Thank you for watching!
I asked myself the same question 😂
I also think he is a teacher were screwed lmao
Thank you for the review.
No problem! I like this little light, it is solid for the cash.

Hey bro! Did you hand carry the light or was it checked in?

Which thrunite model are you talking about?
Thrunite TN 12 Pro.
So it doesn’t actually hit 3800 lumen? Are any of these companies reporting actual lumens?

@@cwalker228 I haven't. I just tested the Wurkkos TD05, and while I liked it, top output still didn't hit the claimed numbers. (1400 vs 1800.)
@@graydogllc ok. Thank you! I appreciate the input!
