I can so relate to this! We started building a house abot 16 years ago and never finished. I'm bummed and sad. I do enjoy seeing what you get accomplished.
I used to restore old houses in Massachusetts and now live in FL but where I have done mostly French country in a 101yr old home. That's pretty young compared to MA houses but it is my passion. Enjoy you so much and will be joining the OW soon.

Herringbone pattern on your FIRST tile job?? Heck yeah! If a project ISN'T going to be excruciatingly hard, then why bother? That's my motto. My first upholstery project, do you think I started with a little footstool? NOT ON YOUR LIFE! I started with two 50's club chairs and reworked their shape! My teacher thought I was NUTS! He, a tatted up old school vato, eventually came to appreciate my "crazy" and I earned his respect, 'cause I overcame and accomplished my goal!🙌😂 I can't wait to see the rest of the video, this is gonna be good!

I enjoy your videos very much. Your house is very pretty. I love antiques too. Be sure you wear eye protection with that saw. You don't want splinters flying up and hurting your pretty eyes.
Ah, so your marriage isn't one of total agreement? Like anyone anywhere has one without a difference of opinion somewhere! Thanks very much for the truth telling. It was an interesting & entertaining reveal - and I think you pointed out a common couples' complaint. Some level of philosophical disagreement between two separate people, however compatible their connection, cannot be helped.
Gosh Angela it seems there isn't anything you can't do or learn to do. I'm very impressed. The yellow thing on the bathroom wall with the spigot and the little tub under it, what is that called?
I'm so proud of your determination. Am I to understand you don't have a chop saw on these projects? And may I suggest something that might make painting trim easier? An angled brush. By the way the Herring tile looks amazing! You did a great job!

Good luck with your Airbnb. If your toilet smells delicious, imagine I just entered mine to the surprise of a guest having diarrhea in the bed, so the sheets and the toilet were really delightful. this was before I realized that she burned a circular spot in the sink from the tea pot that she used as a tea kettle. Then there was the time someone caused $700 of damage, oh and the parties where the police had to evacuate 90 people and the two other party attempts, possibly prostitution, that I had to nip in the bud. But I'm sure your place is really cute too!!! 😀

Boring Watching chaos and stress at your house is hardly inspiring. Maybe others here like this however I come to this channel for the beauty of your videos and for design inspiration. Since fall nothing inspiring found here. Usually recommend your channel to others but now I hesitate to do so.
