Amazing the iPads have grown and gaming is becoming even more viable utilizing these chips.
Finally something that is not unboxing, why not to buy or I was wrong about. Tech reviews now a days are sooo much the same. Not worth watching.

Would’ve been great to know at what screen brightness were you playing and if it dimmed or not after a couple minutes of playing at max brightness .
Was it the 8GB (ram) 256/512GB model or the 16GB 1TB/2TB? Because it’ll access the extra ram on the larger models

Hi I have the iPad Pro 12.9 32gig had it some time now, I mainly use it for watching videos and media. Would I find this a much better device or not. Looking at the 10inch

One of these iPads seems sweet for like a portable screen to play console games on PS or Xbox Remote Play.
Just leave ur console on or in rest mode, then u can portably play ur console when traveling so long as u have WiFi,
although an iPhone’s WiFi Hot Spot might actually work just as well.

Are you using the 8 gb ipad pro? I think RAM makes a difference in playing games.

Yes it would be, because no games take advantage of the performance from the M4. Also cooling is much better
Honestly Ipad is kinda cool u can do all ur notes studies with it and watch movies now it can even run games ! I brought M1 ipad air last year and its still performing like a beast the only thing i would expect is better battery life as it gives me 8 hrs for study use only other than that a basic ipad can get every thing done if youre looking for the specialities like better display being light better cameras and better battery life the M2,M3 , M4 will be good , E my only question is how was the battery life ?

It set you can't change the settings. But i think it's 720p
Tried RE8 on the m4 iPad Pro and you CAN adjust the settings really heavily. I ended up running it in 1080p max settings and 2040p high settings and it performed like a BEAST better than my MacBook Pro

U NEVER TURNED ON METAL FX on Genshin Impact. It was not test for it then. Iphones from 4 generations ago can play genshin without metal FX completely fine.

With apple, you just need to pick a generation and stick with it. Theres no use to upgrade if you already have an ipad with an M1 chip or higher, only get this if you dont have one at all, this will then be a very good starting point for the next years to come. But the older generations of ipad still work fine

Apple needs to go nuclear and put the M4 into an iPhone model
The iPad Pro is not for everybody. I just upgraded to the M4 13 inch iPad Pro with one terabyte coming from the M1 12.9 iPad Pro with one terabyte and it is so much faster. I edit all my photos on my iPad Pro and I use the Sony A7rv and those raw files are huge. I think it's easier to edit on the iPad Pro than my Mac PC. I don't need a UA-camr to sell me an Apple product. I've been using them for years and I still have other brands. I also have the Samsung S9 ultra with 1 TB and 16 gigs of RAM that I use for my video editing on the run. It's all how you use it. Yes a lot of people don't need an iPad Pro but for those who do they can justify it.

@@waltowall boy that is a tough question I love both tablets. But when it comes to business and I need a good color calibrated screen the M4 iPad Pro wins hands down and its performance. But the S9 Ultra is no slouch and like I said in my previous comment I bought the S9 Ultra with 1 TB that comes with 16 gigs of RAM so when the apps start getting created that can use its full potential I want to at least be sure I have the best tablet for those apps. But the screen on the S9 Ultra and how big it is I flipping love it I have huge hands so it is comfortable for me. My wife hates it. But I use my S9 Ultra for my Drone footage videos that I edit in lumafusion that works flawlessly and Lightroom does two just importing and exporting takes a while compared to either my M1 or my M4 iPad Pro. But the S Pen on the Samsung I like it. I like how skinny it is I don't care for a big thick pencil but the new Apple pencil Pro is really much better apple pencil than the second generation. That thing lags so bad. But like I said for my business the M4 but for fun and normal stuff that I edit the S9 does a great job and that screen is phenomenal wowzers

Well Z Brush is coming to the iPad and studios use that to make your professional CGI graphics in festive films etc. like BIG films. So that’s one app that could use the power, artists use iPads a lot and the drawing apps I think can use the power if they have lots and lots of layers. But it is very cool to have such a thin and powerful device. I have an M1 iPad Pro and may get one of these new ones, but also jump up from 11” to 13”.
I need one of these so I can continue to play Genshin, Star Rail and my other game collection + have more space for my art

@@eduard6450 oh, hopefully but seems like Apple has decided to give the A series bionic chips to the Entry level iPad. Like they even down clocked the A14 in the iPad 10th Gen. hopefully they give it the A16 at the least. But hopefully the iPad Mini 7 gets the A17pro or even the M1 at the very least.
Reviewers say codm isn't intensive... And they literally download zero character skins, vehicle and gun skins. And don't even touch the battle Royale section of the game which is the most intensive aspect. That's is why you should never follow the prescription of reviewers of you're gonna be playing heavily. The result will be different. For the m4 the result will probably be very good because the chip is very powerful. But for mobile section do not follow their prescription. Go and ask fellow gamers if you need to pick a device.
Replacing a console/pc now.
It will never do so . And it's price point (3000 dollars ) you can buy the best aming pc with rtx 4090 and a 4k monitor

There is litterly zaro improvement campared with m1 ipad pro. They brought a hell of a good processor and killed it with the terrible software, limited it's capabilities by the making the ipad ultra thin with no cooling and so easy to break ( jerryrigeverything already broke it in half with a simple bend ). And to pay 3000 dollars for this! , man this is madness .

Apple has all their influencers working hard to sale these new iPads. Why would anyone with an M1 or better iPad already buy one of these? Especially since you'd have to replace both your keyboard and pen if you already have those. What a rip off.
