Water Spout nerfs are actually questionable. Never really understood the nerfs since there are other issues that needs nerfs and also, it isn't something that screams OP.
They blindly pick some of the changes
Water spout suffered so the stuns and sitting power of Blastoise became lower.
Blastoise is still a great tank but the stuns being so low now allows you to survive being CC-ed chained into nothingness, sure it doesn't help when 3 or all of the enemy team has CC but I personally have survived Blastoise encounters more often after the nerfs.
That's a healthy change now if Devs wanted to address the perma stun from getting CC-ed to kingdom come that would be an even healthier change to the game.
Water spout is a useless move and the only thing worked was the combination of using it with rapid spin and basic attacking for the cooldown reduction but now the damage feels so bad it used to be one of my carry builds when I see that we have no damage or already have enough cc or seeing any leftover griefer
@@gwagner1380 First of all, I am happy that they nerfed Hydro Pump and Water Gun. That's reasonable but the thing that makes me mad is that Water Spout got nerfed for no reason. They made it worse now. That move does nothing other than slow on its own and it only shines when that move is used in the Rapid Spin stage.
I stop playing unite for a while but this is still fun to watch.

Exactly lol I don't know y I've been suspended till 2123 (100 yrs). Idc about the 6 or 7 master badges which I had. But still enjoying watching this channel, esp when it's about my fav mons

The point you made at 4:29 is a fact! I mostly play Hoopa but I'm very aware of what every mon can do cause I play them all. That info is so important for knowing how to play around and with other the mons.
I figured that out of all the builds this pokemon had, the auto attack build would be fine since a lot of your brute force would come from Muscle procs. I guess I was on to something.

This build is better with red spa emblems, just use defensive items for the helf item slots

hey Cris, i also play on Switch. I want to ask, do you experience lag in the game UI? Such as pokémon select before matches and in menus
100% of the time lolol - there's much less lag on mobile it's depressing

Both the evolution buff and the Water Spout nerf are out to get Wartortle. Its mid game is becoming more miserable by the update. How is the turtle supposed to do anything if it struggles to last-hit? It can't gain Rapid Spin without last-hitting, and even when it does evolve, what has become of the build? Yes it's cc-resistant, but is that really all that's left for it?
They buffed ttar for no reason now he's cracked and nerfing blastoise and others like bro (BUFF GRENINJA)
This was low-key the best build even before the nerfs but only true blastoise players know that

Yeah, Water spout nerfed doesn't make sense as it has done nothing wrong. It is so wrong as you pointed out that the damage is too weak when rapid spinning. Your past damage was 139K while the current one is 66K damage. Absolutely too questionable and a horrible move while it doesn't make sense why it got nerfed. It didn't deserve it, tbh. Now it's always Hydro Pump and Surf Blastoise 24/7. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
