Depends on what youre looking for. Garde is definitely way more "damage all the way" whereas delphox has a lot more utility in its kit. Well, unless you go slide delphox, but if thats what youre looking for, delphox isnt comparable to garde or any other character for that matter, slidephox is entirely unique. In terms of strength both are comparable id say too? So it really comes down to do you prefer having more utility or a big damage carry (with delphox still doing good damage and garde still having good utility).
