Welcome Andrew - I am so grateful to have you on board. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have. Glad to see you have stepped up to armour ;)
Thanks - Ill check it out. If I ever hand paint the rubber on the wheels I use Black Grey from Vallejo. I just find spraying them and using the template makes for a quicker job. The colour tends to get lost under the weathering 9 times out of 10 anyway. Really appreciate your comments. thank you
You have a really good flow to your video. I love the footage at the end, haven't seen anyone include that before. It is a great way to get people to watch until the very end.
Thank you so much. I’m really excited to get the painting and weathering sections of this project up. That’s where the magic happens. Appreciate your feedback. Glad you liked the reference material at the end too 😁
Thanks for your comment ! I've just finished editing the painting section of this pz38(t) series... so will be dropping that next week. So excited to share that with the You Tube World!!
Nice little build. This model is the next in my build list so I appreciate the build video. Built the ANCIENT Italeri kit (#212) a million years ago and I can say it is an utter pile of crap, more inaccuracies than anything else. On a side note, I've got a ride on the 38t at this years Aus Armourfest and I am very much looking forward to it.
So pleased you got some value from the video, and be sure to keep me posted with the new build. I’d love to see. Re ausarmourfest…that’s so exciting! You’ll love that. One of my videos coming up is my ride in the t34 last year. One of my life highlights. Don’t forget, weathering video dropping tomorrow!!
Thank You Pedro - Greetings from Australia :) I have fond memories of Puerto Rico - was there about 20 years ago now... man time flies. Hope my accent wasn't too much to follow - Welcome to the channel and thank you for your comments
Hey there 😀 As long as you are using the appropriate barrel I can’t see why not. At worst you may need to slightly modify the plastic, but it wouldn’t take much. Hope that helps 👍🙏
Hey Michael - thanks for the comment. I know the Mr Surfacer product is available in the jars. I just like the mix that comes out of the rattle can. Its thinned to perfection. The product from the jar requires thinning to shoot through the airbrush right ? In saying that - you are completely correct and it is essentially the same product. Its just a preference for me.
@@workbenchhobbies4316 Mr. Surfacer in glass jar is cheaper than canned version (at least in the UK). You thin it 1 to 1 (or a little more thinner if you like) and goes well through airbrush. I probably would never came back to aerosol Mr. Surfacer again.
Great video Clayton and very professional.
Thanks Greg 😄🙏
Pointed to your channel by Becker's Models (Chris). I've never done any armour so subscribed and watching with much interest!!!

Vallejo has got special colour for rubber, it is 70.306 Dark Rubber. It is worth to try, dries in nice satin finish like rubber.

@@workbenchhobbies4316 I use Black Grey for rubber as well, but more for rubber hoses on engines. It is this 'other' rubber look :).
Great stuff. Ill be sure to take a look. thanks again for watching :)

oh my, Julian's right! Your airbrush!
😂😂 does it feature in this video does it? I’m so ashamed 😜 But it’s not what you’ve got it’s how you use it right?
At 5:02 you are using photo etching to paint the wheels. What is the name of the manufacturer and what is the catalog number ?
I’ve had it for ages, and not sure it’s even available still…but from memory it is from Royal Model. Product code…that’s anyone’s guess! 🍀
Hey hope u are well quick question can I use an abber metal barrel a for tamiya panzer 38t 1/35

Ok thanks so much
My pleasure. Good luck with the build 🍺
Thanks 😊
Omg, that airbrush gun! Do you know all about cleaning ?
Cleaning the outside is pretty low on my priority list. It’s the inside that counts
Watching!
Mr. Finishing Surfacer grey is available in a glass.
