The male driver of the sedan was coming from westbound I-8 onto the northbound I-15. He was speeding and didn’t make the curve on the transition ramp, so he went through the gore point. He lost control and crossed all northbound lanes, and flipped. The car landed in the #1 & #2 lanes. The driver was able to self-extricate himself from the wreckage. The driver was transported with unknown injuries to a local hospital. All lanes were reopened by 5:55 am.

Not surprising to see this. I often travel that transition ramp and it's astounding how fast drivers speed into the sweeping right curve approach. I'm surprised that there aren't more mishaps there!
I don't need to know, but why is there a skeleton in the trunk? More important, was the operator of the vehicle in a hurry to get to his medical class or something

It looks like he’s an AMR student or employee, and from experience in taking a paramedic class you get dropped if you’re 1 minute late. Not sure if he’s a student but speeding isn’t the solution, you wake up half an hour early!

People go way too fast there, and then trying to merge on or off the 15 there's always someone doing something stupid. Almost always see at least one car crossing the gore points of the two exits for Friars.
