- The plaintiff admits she was an alcoholic and drug addict for 25 years but has been clean for 10. She says she met the defendant in recovery but claims her ex-friend stole her van and property, so she’s suing her. The defendant admits she abused crack and claims she was high when the incident with the van took place.
I’m proud of her for really changing her life and trying to give back to the community. God bless her.

I know ppl always joke about JM and how is talking about crackheads, but the end of the case is a perfect of example and he lays it out why crackheads upset him so much. They never accept responsibility and just talk like everything is no big deal.
That’s every drug addict. No drug addict ever takes responsibility for there actions or think they do anything wrong. He’s right it is beyond annoying. My baby daddy was a heroin addict I got sober & am going on 4 years now, he never did. Still accepts no responsibility for everything he’s done to me or our 2 yr old son. Shit gets me HEATED😒😤

When the plaintiff continually used the word paraphernalia(s), I was getting nervous. I understand that it took a long time to get where she is today & I’m genuinely happy that she’s clean. She’s truly inspiring, but the defendant....🤷🏽♀️🤫 She’s not clean at all & is in complete denial. I pray she receives the help she most certainly needs.

I absolutely love the plaintiff. It makes me so happy to see how she was struggling for so long and look at her now. She is athletic, she's running her business, she's doing for her community. She is def still using, you can tell by her actions. The judge just won’t call her a crackhead because she admired him in the beginning.
13 months (supposedly) after 20 plus years of using is not enough. Especially when she isn't taking her recovery seriously and not even attempting to do NA.
In 13 months she got clean, started her own business, and does out reach in her community 💐👑

The first step in recovery is to admit you have a problem and then accepting you need real help to get clean. She can't do it on her own. She is so jerky and agitated she is clearly not doing well. Addiction is a cruel master and it's not something you need to deny and refuse the resources available. Sad to see her too stuck in her denial.
