I also have it in the Brown complete set and it is pressed in white cardboard and both of them state that they are war air. Penny what could they be worth please comment back thank you for this video
What pisses me off is all the millions of dollars in change that goes to the junk yard in the cup holders, ashtrays and between the seats of cars everyday!
My 1943 copper cent or bronze is from the phillidelphia mint . In which it is the first to be discovered from the phillidelphia mint a d will definitely make numismatic news all over the world. I am excited about it to say the least. After I found it I became a member of P.C.G.S. AND THEY will get the chance to authenticate it. So wish me luck. I will send you a picture of it. If you would like.
I found a very shiny 43 steel penny, recently. No mint mark. Earlier I was looking for my Indian pennies, & found several rolls of wheat pennies I forgot I had. I'll have to go through them, again.
On the back of your 1908 wheat penny, look at the bottom center, between the wheat stalks, near the edge of the coin. Do you see the letters V. D. B. stamped there?
So you said that a 1943 bronze penny is the holy grail in mint state, what if it's dirty do the people who grade the pennies at least clean them and then grade them ? Or how does that work ?
I found a 1943 steel penny no mint marks on it but it looks like snow is now it so is it worth anything for it. Thank you for sharing this amazing video with us.
Big deal huge deal if you have one yet it's going to cost you everything you have just to get it graded. No joke pcgs wants ten percent of estimated face value which at a minimum of 80,000.00 then and only then after you pay your small house fee for grading will you be able to get the value out of that kind of coin. I have a 1944 no mint mark STEELIE yet don't have the insane amount of money to get it graded. So again just because you have one doesn't mean you hit the motherload just means you gotta get it there first .
@IDoTheYeet it doesn't matter what you have no one ever help out with rare coins on the west coast get alot of oh that really neat but I don't deal in oddities sry.
Since then I have collected circulated coins . I do ha e two slabbed coins slabbed by a less known coin grader . One is a 1958 D cent.it is listed as brilliant. I have to pull it out now and look at it. But I really dont have time to do so till later. After I get done working on my car.
I have 10 1943 metal pennies in perfect condition no scratches no cars in them they shiny as can be like they come right off the assembly line I'll take 10,000 a piece for them
About 10 years ago, girlfriend came home from work and said she had something cool to show me. She held her hand out and showed me a steel penny had a decent amount of wear. I told her how I used to collect coins and still had a few packed away somewhere. She smiled and asked me if had any like this, and handed me a zip lock bag that had 50 steel pennies in it, that were, by far, in the best condition I've ever seen up close. Even in that condition, I didn't think they were worth much. I'm no expert, but the one I have in my hand right now looks almost brand new. I'll have to get the rest together and see what I have. How she got them was someone paid for something with a roll of pennies. She told the guy she trusted him that they were all there, and he left. A few minutes later, she broke the roll open roll to dump them in the register, and 50 very shiny, steel pennies came out. She put a dollar in the register, took out the 50 steel pennies and 2 quarters.
Why are you telling people that a D mint mark is made in Philadelphia? You say it more than once. Perhaps you should re-do the video and correct your errors. ✌
I want to know where do you take old coins to see if they are worth anything. I have all kind of old coins. Starting paper money and a lot of coins from different countries.

I have a handful of S/S 1943 Steel ... They're AU in most cases, and probably a VF on others. While I know they're not supposed to exist, I'm not sure why, as in most of the ones I own are two different styles. Block and Trumpet. Pretty hard to mistake one from another. In fact a couple are so obvious, a good pair of eyes can see it. They only produced 191 million in San Francisco that year ...
What could a mint Set of these penny's cell 4 in prestine condition never been touched. Please comment back US for comments. I'm asking you something, hopefully you will answer me. They are a proof set all 3 of them. I bought him when I was in my 20s. I am 56 years old now. Please let me know
I received a 43 no mint Mark Steele double die on all front . Lettering and date and on the back it's double died aswell. I've tried to find some other coins to compare it too. But there is none that I have found. This coin is definitely something no one has seen . Who would I contact to find out if I have a holy Grail of a coin and it's value ? I've kept it safe and sealed it has a very very nice finish to it and very clean ! Any suggestions?

It is not “Silver” it is zinc coated steel. The “D” mint mark is Denver not Philadelphia as you reported.
Yep! You are correct. Sometimes I make mistakes. I appreciate you pointing these out, thank you for your attention!
D stands for Denver, I said Philadelphia on accident! Thanks @Ethel B for the catch!
@Jamari Mauricio flixportal :)
@Jamari Mauricio glad I could help :)

I have always wondered how many rare and valuable coins have found their way into those coinstar machines.

What pisses me off is all the millions of dollars in change that goes to the junk yard in the cup holders, ashtrays and between the seats of cars everyday!
The D mint mark is DENVER. The P is Pennsylvania, the S is San Fransisco, and when it has no mint mark… that is Philadelphia.
There are no coins minted in Pennsylvania
Very informative. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
D is Denver Mint. P is Philadelphia mint and S is San Francisco mint. If it's picked up by a Magnet 🧲 then it's a Steel Penny.
Appreciate you
